Agreement on the use of audiovisual material obtained at the FGGINAF Telescopio Nazionale Galileo (TNG) By this agreement the Fundación Galileo Galilei – INAF (FGGINAF), Telescopio Nazionale Galileo (TNG) allows ________________________________________________________________________________________________ ___________________________________________________ [the applicant's name, media affiliation and contact info] to film/photograph its installations and interview the staff members under the following conditions: • The Director of the FGG–INAF TNG must be informed about the publication of the data (date and time in case of a TV program) • the applicant must deliver a copy of the material (the total amount of pictures, interviews and movies) to the Di rector of the FGG–INAF TNG • the applicant must state the collaboration with the FGGINAF TNG in the credits of his/her work and clearly specify the name of the telescope • the FGGINAF TNG is entitled to use the material for own outreach purposes, giving proper credit to the author of the work • the material obtained inside the telescope cannot be used for commercial purposes without authorization of the Director of the FGGINAF TNG.
