On June 6th, 1986, the first Johnny Rockets opened on Los Angeles’s trendy Melrose Avenue. Adoring fans of all ages & all
walks of life loved our mouth-watering meals, including hamburgers, shakes, fries, sandwiches & the greatest music of all time.
Our feel-good slice of all-American culture became wildly popular, thanks to ongoing raves from customers & inclusion
in countless movies, TV shows, news stories & magazines.
Today, that original restaurant is one of over 300 worldwide locations, proving that we really did start a trend, on Melrose, that June.
