Every aspect of construction embraced green building principals, from using existing foundations and structures to utilitzing salvaged lumber to build our bar and restaurant interior. Our charming and historic pub features an outdoor beer garden situated on the foundation of the old lumber mill. The space includes a decorative waterfall, a horseshoe pit, and is home to our two adopted brewery cats: Chowder and Amber. As our production has continued to grow, we have continued to expand. In 2007, we converted the old “Mill A” of the Pacific Lumber Company into a funtional production facility and warehouse where we brew upwards of 15,000 barrels per year. Even as we maintain this trend of steady growth in both domestic and foreign markets, our original 15 barrel tanks are still housed at the restaurant for year-round small batch specialties. We have made every effort to embrace sustainable practices at each level of our business and will continue our commitment to producing high quality, award–winning beers using ingredients from environmentally friendly sources.
