The Unità Senologica Aziendale (USA) ULSS1 is located at San Martino Hospital in Belluno and is staffed with
dedicated doctors with long experience in the management of breast diseases since 2000. Our clinic aims are
early detection and treatment of all breast diseases and to offer a tailored therapy to every woman affected by
breast cancer at every stage of the disease. Diagnostic tests (Digital Mammography, Ultrasound and Magnetic
Resonance) and interventional diagnostic procedures (FNAC, CB, VABB) are offered in a network of
diagnostic centres. Therapeutic approach is guaranteed by an integrated and comprehensive management of
patients. Our Unit offers a multidisciplinary approach in collaboration with radiologists, pathologists, nuclear
medicine physicians, oncologists, radiotherapists, breast surgeons, plastic surgeons, psychologists and
physiatrists. The team discusses all patients every week. Specialized surgical procedures are performed,
including sentinel lymph node biopsy, oncoplastic surgery and breast reconstruction.
