Tanya is a senior Human Resources business leader with over 20
years of experience in both large-multinational and small
entrepreneurial organizations. Her HR leadership experience is
a unique combination of corporate, field and project change
leadership roles. Known as a curious and collaborative business
partner she is has a practical orientation to delivering solutions
that enable business goals. She is a true HR business partner
with particular strengths in building high performance cultures,
change leadership and building people capability. She is most
passionate about creating workplace cultures that engage and
develop individuals to achieve success.

Tanya has learned through personal experience the importance

where she brings her networking savvy and penchant for
women supporting women to life by helping the organization to
provide personal and professional development opportunities
to women in the Greater Toronto Area.
She is currently the Talent Management Leader at IAMGOLD
and previously held several Director level HR roles with PepsiCo
Canada. She holds a Masters Degree in Industrial Relations and
a BSc in Psychology from the University of Toronto.
