-Geçerli pasaport : Pasaport 10 yıldan eski olmamalıdır. Pasaportun başvuru tarihinden itibaren bir sene daha gecerliliği olmalıdır.
Pasaportun içerisinde en az 2 adet boş vize sayfası bulunmalıdır. Yeni pasaportun ve varsa daha önceden alınmış eski pasaportların
bütün işlenmiş sayfalarının fotokopileri çekilmelidir. (kimlik bilgileri, geçerlilik süreleri, varsa vizeli ve mühürlü sayfalar, vb.)
Yukarıdaki şartlarla uyumlu olmayan pasaportlar iade edilecektir.
-Valid Passport, The passport should still be valid 1 year further from application date; photocopy of all pages of the passport
containing stamps and visas). Passport must have sufficient space for a visa to be inserted; at least two empty pages are required.
If your passport does not comply with the above your application will be returned to you.

-Two fully completed and signed visa application forms (Please complete it in French, Dutch, German or English).
-Sonuç Belgesi : Başvurunuzun hangi yabancı dilde incelenmesini istediğinize dair imzalanmış dil seçim belgesi. Bu belge asağıdaki

- Signed declaration form to choose the language you prefer for the treatment of your visa application.
-Standartlara uygun (yüz görünür), yeni çekilmiş, beyaz fonlu üç adet vesikalık fotoğraf (35X45 ebatlarında). Fotoğrafın arkasına
isim soyisim yazılması gerekir.
-Recent photographs (not older than 6 months) 35x45 in colour, preferably biometric type with white background. Please write
your name and last name on the back of the photographs you submit along with your application. Total 3 Photos.
-Belçika’daki özel okul veya özel üniversitesinden kabul veya kayıt belgesinin aslı.
- Gidiş amacı ücretsiz staj ise, Belçika’daki öğrenim kurumundan ücretsiz staj kabul belgesinin aslı.
-Original acceptance or registration document from the private college or private university in Belgium where the placement will
take place. If the purpose of the travel is unpaid internship, the original unpaid internship acceptance document from the
postgraduate educational institution in Belgium is required.
-Belçika’da alınacak olan kursun programı.
-Documentation giving a brief description of the courses organized by the private establishment which issued the registration
attestation and explaining the specific nature of those courses compared to similar courses organized in the country of origin.
-Başvuru sahibi tarafından içeriğinde gidiş amacı ve hedeflerini açıklayan Belçika resmi dillerinden birinde veya İngilizce yazılmış bir
dilekçe.
-A letter written by the student in one of the official languages of Belgium or in English, stating the reasons and objectives of
his/her application to study in Belgium. If applicable, an employer’s statement underlining the necessity for you to pursue the
education envisaged in the framework of your work.
-Türkiye’de alınan son diplomanının fotokopisi. Belge Belçika resmi dillerinden birine veya İngilizce’ye noter onaylı yeminli
tercüman tarafından tercüme edilmiş, Dışişleri Bakanlığı veya adli mahkeme tarafından onaylanmış (Apostille) olmalıdır.
-Copy of high school diploma from the high school in Turkey the applicant has graduated from. Its translation in one of the official
languages of Belgium or in English that has been approved by a notary and the Foreign Ministry or the Judicial Court (apostille).
-Liseden sonra alınmış diplomaların fotokopileri. Belge Belçika resmi dillerinden birine veya İngilizce’ye noter onaylı yeminli
tercüman tarafından tercüme edilmiş, Dışişleri Bakanlığı veya adli mahkeme tarafından onaylanmış (Apostille) olmalıdır.
-Copies of all diplomas and certificates received after high school, their translations in one of the official languages of Belgium or in
English that has been approved by the notary and the Foreign Ministry or the Judicial Court (apostille).
-Belçika’daki dil kursunda öğrenilecek olan dilin seviyesinin tespit edildiği Yabancı Dil Sınav Belgesi. Mümkünse, dil kursunda alınan
derslerin detayı ve kişinin derecelerini gösteren bir belge.
-Proof of language knowledge of the language in which the courses that you intend to pursue are given: an attestation from the
secondary education establishment that issued the diploma or the leaving certificate, stipulating the number of hours of
classes/week pursued in that language and the results achieved, or proof of passing internationally recognized computerized
language proficiency examinations (e.g. TOEFL for English skills) or a certificate issued at the end of complementary education in
that language.
-Burs alıyorsanız burs belgeleriniz. Fiyat ve süresi belirtilecektir.
- If applicable, scholarship documents including the amount and the term.
-Burslu değilseniz vaya bursunuz/burslarınızın miktari 614€’dan az ise sponsor tarafından imzalanmış garantörlük belgesi (annexe
32): Garantörlük belgesini imzalayacak kişinin nekadar kazancı olması gerektiğine dair bilgiyi asağıdaki web sitesinde bulabilirsiniz.

Garantörlük belgesine ilave edilecek evraklar :
-Sponsor olan kişinin oturum kartı, kimlik kartı veya yabancılar için süresiz oturum izninin fotokopisi.
-Sponsor Belçika’da ise: Belcika’daki kayıtlı olduğu Belediyeden onaylanmış öğrenci davetiyesi (annexe 32) ve Belçika
belediyesinden alınmış aile toplum kağıdı.
-Sponsor Belçika’da değilse : Yaşadığı ülkenin Belçika Büyük Elçiliğinden alınmış sponsorluk belgesi.(annexe 32).
-Sponsor olan kişinin gelir evrakları:
>Çalışan ise :Ҫalışma süresini gösteren belge ve iş kontratı ve 3 aylık maaş bordrosu. Sosyal yardım ödeme belgeleri.
>Serbest meslek sahibi ise : Son yila ait vergi beyannamesi, vergi kayıt numarası ve ticaret odası kaydı. Varsa sosyal yardım
ödeme belgeleri.

-If the applicant does not have a scholarship of minimum 614€/month, a letter of guarantee signed by a guarantor (Annexe 32 /
Bijlage 32) :
-If your guarantor is in Belgium, an invitation document (for students) approved at the municipality (commune/gemeente) of
his/her place of residence (Annexe 32 / Bijlage 32).
-If the guarantor is not in Belgium, a document for guarantorship to be given by the Belgian Embassy in the guarantor’s country of
residence.
-A copy of the guarantor’s residence permit, identity card or indefinite residence card for foreign nationals. The photocopy must
be legible.
-A document from the municipal authority listing all family members of the guarantor (composition de Ménage / Samenstelling
van het Gezin).
-Income Documents of the guarantor: If the guarantor is a salaried employee: document from his/her company stating the period
and type of work contract, payslips of last three months. If the guarantor is self-employed: previous year’s statement of income
(dernier extrait de rôle / Aanslagbiljet van het laast jaar), proof that social contributions have been payed , tax registration number
and registration at the Chamber of Commerce.
-21 yaş üstü öğrenciler için -Ankara Adli Sicil Müdürlüğü tarafından Belçika resmi dillerinden biriyle yazılmış 6 ayı geçmemiş
Dışişleri Bakanlığı veya adli mahkeme tarafından onaylanmış (apostille) adli sicil kaydı aslı ve fotokopisi.
-For students over 21 years of age: -A certificate of good conduct dating from no more than six months written in a foreign
language from the Judicial Records Directorate in Ankara + 2 photocopies. It must be certified by the Foreign Ministry or the
Judicial Court (apostille).
-Belçika Elçiliği veya Konsolosluğu tarafından belirlenen bir doktordan alınmış Sağlık Raporu, 6 aydan daha eski olmamalı aslı ve 2
fotokopisi, Anlaşmalı doktor listesini aşağıdaki web sitesinden bulabilirsiniz :

-A medical certificate, obtained from the doctor designated by the Embassy of Belgium or Consulate General of Belgium (recent,
not older than 6 months) and 2 photocopies.
-Reşit olmayanlar için (18 yaş altı): Yasal velisini gösterir belgeler (Kimlik cüzdanı fotokopisi, tam tekmil vukuatlı nufüs kayıt örneği
vb.) Ebeveynleriyle birlikte seyahat etmiyorsa, ebeveynlerinin noter tasdikli ‘çocuğum yurt dışında okuyabilir’ diye izin belgesi
(Muvaffakatname), Belçika resmi dillerinden birisine veya İngilizce’ye yeminli tercüman tarafından tercümesi, tercümenin Dışişleri
Bakanlığı veya adli mahkeme tarafından Apostille ile onaylatılması gerekmektedir.
-For applicants under 18, a notarized permission letter from the parents or guardian in Turkey with the statement: “I allow my
child to study abroad “, its translation in one of the official languages of Belgium or in English. This document must be approved by
the Foreign Ministry or the Judicial Court. (apostille). + 2 photocopies.
-Öğrenci Yazılı Mülakat Formu: Bu form eğitiminiz hangi yabancı dilde olacak ise o dilde doldurulmalıdır; Hollandaca, Fransızca,
Almanca veya İngilizce. (Eğer Belçika’daki eğitiminiz İngilizce ise, bu bilgi kabul mektubunuzda beyan edilmelidir)
Avrupa Değişim programları (Erasmus, Comenius, Tempus, Socrates, Leonardo da Vinci vb…)kapsamındaki başvurulara Öğrenci
yazılı mülakat formu uygulanmamaktadır.
Öğrenci yazılı mülakat formu vize başvurunuz sırasınsa VFS yetkilileri tarafından verilecektir. Form 1 saat süre içerisinde yetkililerin
gözetimi altında doldurulmalıdır. Belge daha önceden temin edilemez.
-‘Interview sheet for students’: the interview sheet has to be filled in the language according to the studies in Belgium ; Dutch,
French, German or English (if the study will be in English, this information needs to be specified in the acceptance letter)
This does not apply for European Exchange Programs (Erasmus, Comenius,Tempus, Socrates, Leonardo da Vinci etc…)
The ‘students interview sheet’ will be supplied to you by VFS employees. This document cannot be provided at any other time. Its
required that you fill it in within an hour (at the center, under supervision).
-Bütün evrakların fotokopisi.(Bütün evrakları yukarıdaki sıralamaya göre sunmanız gerekmektedir).
-Photocopy of the complete file (the documents listed above must be organized in the mentioned order).
-Vize ve servis ücreti (nakit ve türk lirası olarak başvuru ofisimizde ödenecektir).
-Visa fee and service fee (to be paid in cash in Turkish Liras).
