Pasaportun başvuru tarihinden itibaren bir sene daha gecerliliği olmalıdır. Pasaportun içerisinde en az 2 adet boş vize sayfası bulunmalıdır. Yeni pasaportun ve varsa daha önceden alınmış eski pasaportların bütün işlenmiş sayfalarının fotokopileri çekilmelidir. (kimlik bilgileri, geçerlilik süreleri, varsa vizeli ve mühürlü sayfalar, vb.) Fotoğrafın arkasına isim soyisim yazılması gerekir. -Recent photograph (not older than 6 months) 35x45 in colour, preferably biometric type with white background. Please write your name and last name on the back of the photographs you submit along with your application. Total 3 Photos. -Nikahın gerçekleşeceği yerin belediyesi tarafından verilen evlenme ehliyet belgesi. Bu belgenin 6 aydan eski olmaması gerekir. -An official copy of the marriage notice form (acte de déclaration de marriage/akte van aangifte van het huwelijk) drawn up by the relevant authority in Belgium. This document must be dated no more than six months prior to the date of application. -Başvuru sahibinin evli olmadığını gösterir vukuatlı nüfus kayıt örneği. Belçika resmi dillerinden birisine veya İngilizce’ye tercüme edilmesi gerekmektedir. Aslı ve 2 adet fotokopisi. -Document from the Population Register indicating that the applicant is unmarried, its translation + 2 photocopies. -Belçika’daki belediyeden alınmış belediye davetiyenin aslı. (Annexe 3bis) -An invitation letter from the Municipality in Belgium (Pledge of financial support/L’engagement de prise en charge-Annexe 3Bis/Verbintenis tot tenlasteneming-Bijlage 3Bis). -Davet eden kişinin Belçika’da oturum izni olduğunu gösteren kimlik belgesi veya oturum izninin okunaklı fotokopisi. -Clear Photocopy of the ID card or the resident card of the person inviting showing that she / he has permission stay in Belgium -Belçika’dan gelen davetiye nişanlınızdan farklı bir kişi tarafından gönderilmişse, hem bu kişinin hem de nişanlı olduğunuz kişinin kimlik veya süresiz oturum izninin fotokopisini ekleyiniz. -If the invitation letter has been signed by someone other than your fiancée, your fiancée’s identity card or an indefinite residence card for foreign nationals (copy) -Davet eden kişinin Belçika belediyesinden alınmış aile toplum kağıdının aslı. -The sponsor should provide ‘Composition de ménage / Samenstelling van het gezin’ document showing all detail about the person’s family member from the Municipality in Belgium. -Davet eden kişinin gelir belgeleri: Maaşlı çalışan ise : Son üç aylık maaş bordrosu. (photocopy). -Belçika’daki evin yeterliliğini gösterir belge: Evleneceğiniz kişiye ait; belediyeye kaydettirilmiş kira kontratı veya noter onaylı tapu belgesi. -Proof of sufficient lodging in Belgium: registered rental contract or a proof of propriety (notary act). -Tüm seyahat süresini kapsayan, ülkeye geri dönüş, acil tıbbi bakım ya da acil hastane bakımı masraflarını kapsayan, 30000 € teminat tutarında, Schengen bölgesinde geçerlidir ibaresi bulunan bir seyahat sağlık sigortası. -Valid travel health insurance covering any costs of repatriation for medical reasons, emergency medical care and/or emergency hospital care or death during your stay/s on the SCHENGEN territory. This insurance must be valid for the whole of this territory and the whole of the stay. The minimum coverage is 30,000 EUR or equivalent amount in Turkish Lira -Bütün evrakların fotokopisi (Bütün evrakları yukarıdaki sıralamaya göre sunmanız gerekmektedir.) -Photocopy of the complete file (the documents listed above must be organized in the mentioned order). -Vize ve servis ücreti (nakit ve Türk lirası olarak başvuru ofisimizde ödenecektir) -Service fee amount (to be paid in cash in Turkish Liras).
