Pasaportun içerisinde en az 2 adet boş vize sayfası bulunmalıdır. Yeni pasaportun ve varsa daha önceden alınmış eski pasaportların bütün işlenmiş sayfalarının fotokopileri çekilmelidir. Fotoğrafın arkasına isim soyisim yazılması gerekir. -Recent photograph (not older than 6 months) 35x45 in colour, preferably biometric type with white background. (Vize D oturum vizesi cok girişli 180 gün Art 40 ücretsiz, Art 10 ücretli) - Gecici oturum kartınızın aslı ve fotokopisi - original and copy of the residence card - Basvuru sahibine ait Formül B Uluslararası Evlenme Kayıt Örnegi + fotokopisi. - Nufüs: International marriage certificate Form B + photocopy. -Kimlik veya oturum kartınız Belçika polisi tarafından tutulduysa, nedenini açıklayan belgenin aslını sunmanız gerekecekir. - If the identity document / residence card is detained by the Belgian police at the border: original document detailing the reason of detainment. -Belçikadan veya farklı Schengen ülkesinden çıkış tarihinizi kanıtlamanız gerekir ( pasaportaki mühür, uçak bileti...) -Eğer Pasaportunuzda Türkiye’ye giriş -çıkış damganız yoksa ya da okunmuyorsa, son giriş çıkışınızı belirten Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hudut polisinden “Yolcu Sorgulama Listesi” evrağı almanız gerekir. -Proof of the date of departure from Belgium or the Schengen area (departure stamp in passport, airplane tickets etc.) -In case you have no stamps of last entry in Turkey in your passport, or in case these stamps are unclear, you need a “Yolcu sorgulama listesi”: document from the Turkish border police which states your last exit and entry in Turkey.. -Vize ve servis ücreti (nakit ve türk lirası olarak başvuru ofisimizde ödenecektir) - Visa fee and service fee (to be paid in cash in Turkish Liras).
