Otomatik olarak çalışan bu sistem Metod Makine tarafından üretilmiştir. PLC ve hava doldurma sistemi,
robotun üzerinde bulunan iki düğme ile kontrol edilir. Bu sistem otomatik olup hem zımparalama hem de
fırçalama için kullanılabilir. Bu robotun faydaları;
Bu robotun faydaları; • Havayla şişen kauçuk balonların patlamasını önleyen otomatik hava doldurma, • Zımparalama
işleminin sonunda otomatik hava boşaltma, • Robotun bacakları, PLC ile otomatik olarak sağa ve sola döndürülür. •
Destek pistonu otomatik olarak yukarı ve aşağıya hareket eder. • İki bacak arasındaki mesafeyi ayarlama imkânı. • Her
iki bacakta da farklı hava doldurma sistemi, farklı basınçlarda hava doldurma imkânı. • İhtiyaç halinde kauçukları

system which is controlled by two buttons on the robot.

imkanı sunar. Yatay formdan dikeye ve dikey formdan yatay forma geçiş sadece 2 dakika gibi kısa bir
zaman alır. PLC ve hava doldurma robotun üzerinde bulunan iki düğme ile kontrol edilir. Ayrıca sağ ve
sol döndürme için de iki ayrı düğme vardır. Tam otomatik olan bu sistem hem zımparalama hem de

vertical and horizontal when needed. It also
takes just two minutes to change from
vertical to horizontal. There is a plc and air
