Projekt Residential Park Aeternum u Dubrovniku realizira se na južnim padinama
Mokošice, u zaljevu Rijeke Dubrovačke. Ovaj novi rezidencijalni projekt Tulipan
Grupe obuhvaća oko 150 stanova u osam objekata, a idejno rješenje za njega izradio je nagrađivani bečki arhitekt Andreas Schmitzer, koji je uspješno spojio luk-

in the Rijeka Dubrovačka bay. This new Tulipan’s residential project comprises
around 150 apartments in eight buildings. It was designed by the award-winning

i ECE Projektmanagement G.m.b.H, jedan od vodećih europskih stručnjaka za
trgovačke centre, zatim ugledni arhitekti Eike Becker i Helge Schmidt iz Berlina,
koji je u početku karijere radio za londonski studio Normana Fostera, te Andreas Schmitzer, Bečanin s mnogo iskustva na međunarodnim projektima. Projekt
uključuje i suradnju s istaknutim domaćim arhitektima Damirom Rakom i Nenadom Mikulandrom, pobjednicima međunarodnog natječaja koji su u suradnji s
kolegama najuspješnije osmislili zonu P26 Mejaši, ali sudjeluju i u dizajniranju
rezidencijalnih objekata gdje svojim dinamičnim oblikovanjem stvaraju sinergiju
mediteranskog okoliša i objekta. Shopping Centre Split samo je dio projekta P26,
koji ne samo da će uvelike promijeniti vizuru grada nego i u potpunosti preobraziti ovu četvrt u središte poslovanja, trgovine i zabave koja živi 24 sata dnevno.
U projekt su uključeni i međunarodni ulagači, jer su predviđena ulaganja vrlo visoka. Shopping Centre Split se prostire na 60.500 četvornih metara, imat će 225
dućana i 3.000 parkirnih mjesta, te će ponuditi niz pratećih sadržaja. Cilj je ovog
projekta stvoriti atraktivnu novu gradsku adresu koja će ponuditi sadržaje iz svih
segmenata gradskog života, te postati ne samo trgovački i poslovni centar, nego

novo središte Splita. Kristijan Gelo: Vjerujemo u svoju viziju
‘Moja vizija je da postoji drukčiji način stvaranja
kako životnog tako i radnog prostora koji podrazumijeva prije svega prilagodbu prostora ljudskim
potrebama, a ne prilagođavanje ljudi prostoru, što
prečesto viđamo danas. Naši objekti su osmišljeni
na način da zadovolje prohtjeve zahtjevnog tržišta,
a dizajnom i arhitekturom se razlikuju od trenutnog
standarda na ovim prostorima. Projekt urbanizacije splitske četvrti Mejaši je potpuna novost i na tom
području smo pioniri, ali siguran sam da njegovom
realizacijom bez sumnje postavljamo standard koji
će biti izazov drugima, ali će i pobuditi emocije.
Uvjeren sam da vizija, ekonomska opravdanost,
ekološka osvještenost i dizajn stvaraju nekretnine
s novom vizualnom dimenzijom i estetikom, nekretnine koje su drukčije od drugih.’

Seget, u Segetu Donjem iznad Trogira, spoj je kreativnog dizajna, visokokvalitetne izvedbe i i primamljive cijene, a sastoji se od pet urbanih vila s 29 apartmana
i velikog bazena. Raspored urbanih vila kaskadnog tipa jamči svim korisnicima
privatnost i spektakularan pogled na more i otoke. Uz ovaj projekt nudi se usluga
profesionalnog upravljanja apartmanima, a kompleks nadomak Trogirskog zaljeva djelo je jednog od najuglednijih europskih arhitektonskih studija, berlinskog
E. Becker Architekten. Tulipan Grupa s entuzijazmom razvija i projekt u Splitu:
novu zonu mješovite namjene P26 u samom geografskom središtu grada, na predjelu Mejaši. Realizacija takvog projekta je izazov za svakog investitora, a projekt
je pripao upravo mladom i dinamičnom timu Tulipan Grupe, koja će stvoriti jedan
od najsveobuhvatnijih projekata te vrste u Europi; između ostalog, uključivat će
trgovački centar, hotele, poslovni toranj, uredske objekte i rezidencijalne zgrade.

with functionality. The apartments within this project feature large glass surfaces guaranteeing plenty of natural light and breathtaking sea views. All units
are generous in size, and most buildings include private swimming pools for long
summer seasons. Another project - the Horizon Residence Seget, located in Seget
Donji near Trogir, is a combination of creative design, first class construction, and
attractive prices. It consists of five urban villas with a total of 29 apartments, and
a substantial swimming pool. The cascade-style layout of these villas guarantees
privacy and spectacular views of the sea and islands to all users. This project also
includes property management service. The complex by the Trogir bay is the work
of one of the most respectable design studios, the E. Becker Architekten of Berlin.
Tulipan Group with great enthusiasm is developing a project in Split as well: a
new mixed-used zone P26 in the city’s geographical centre, the Mejaši location.
The realization of such a project is a challenge to every investor, and the project
was entrusted to the young dynamic team of Tulipan Group, who will create one
of the most comprehensive projects of its kind in Europe. Among other facilities, it
will include a shopping centre, hotels, business tower, office buildings, and residential buildings. Some of the most renowned experts in Europe have been in-
volved in this project, like ECE Projektmanagement G.m.b.H, one of Europe’s leading experts when it comes to shopping centres; then the reputable Eike Becker
and Helge Schmidt from Berlin, which was formerly working for London’s Norman
Foster; Andreas Schmitzer, a Viennese with a lot of experience in international
projects. The project also includes co-operation with prominent local architects,
Damir Ranko and Nenad Mikulandra, winners of the international competition for
the best design of the P26 zone Mejaši. They are also involved with the residential
buildings design, where their dynamic forms create a synergy of the Mediterranean environment and the buildings. Shopping Centre Split is only part of the P26
project which will not only change the city’s skyline; it will completely transform
this neighbourhood into a place of business, commerce and entertainment that
lives 24 hours a day. International investors are also present in this project, as
the anticipated investments are very high. Shopping Centre Split is spread over
60,500 square meters, it will include 225 shops and 3,000 parking spaces, and
offer plenty of additional activities. The objective of this project is to create an attractive new city address that will offer facilities from all segments of city life, and

‘My vision is that a different way of creating exists,
for living space as well as for work space. This involves above all the adjustment of space to human
needs, rather than adjusting people to space, which
can be seen today only too often. Our buildings are
conceived in a way to satisfy the needs of a demanding market, and they are in design and architecture
different from existing standards in these areas. The
urbanization of Mejaši district is a complete novelty
and we are pioneers in this area, but I am certain
that with its realization we will set a standard that
will be a challenge to others, but also provoke emotions. I am convinced that vision, economic viability, environmental awareness, and design together
create properties with a new visual dimension and
aesthetics, properties unlike any others.’
