A stay at our apartments begins at 1:00 P.M. on the first day, and ends at 10:00 A.M., on the last day. Vrijeme noćnog odmora u objektu započinje u 23 sata i traje do 8 sati idućeg jutra. U navedenom vremenu gosti se mole i obvezuju na poštivanje primjerenog mira i tišine. In our apartments the time of night rest begins at 11.00 P.M. and ends at 8.00 A.M., on the next morning. During this time, the guests are urged and obligated to respect the appropriate quietness. Tijekom svog boravka gosti mogu koristiti sve ponuđene uređaje unutar apartmana, a hranu mogu pripremati i na vanjskom roštilju u dogovoru sa vlasnikom objekta. Temeljito uređenje i čišćenje apartmana vrši se tijekom svake smijene gostiju. Posteljina, ručnici i stolnjaci mijenjaju se prilikom svake smijene gostiju, odnosno svakih sedam dana u slučaju duljeg boravka. U tom slučaju gosti sami mijenjaju posteljinu, stolnjake i ručnike. Gosti se zadužuju ključem apartmana kojeg mogu zadržati do završetka boravka. -Gosti se mole da se odgovorno odnose i rukuju sa svim predmetima, inventarom i uređajima u apartmanu. Ukoliko dođe do oštećenja ili nestanka određenih predmeta ili uređaja iz apartmana, gost je dužan naknaditi vrijednost nestalih ili oštećenih predmeta ili uređaja i o tome izvijestiti vlasnika objekta. -U apartmanu nije dopušten dulji boravak niti noćenje gostiju koji nisu prijavljeni i evidentirani kao gosti ovog objekta. -Nije dopušteno iznositi ručnike i ostale stvari iz apartmana. -U apartmane nije dopušteno unositi druge predmete, dodatne ležajeve, uređaje, aparate ili strojeve. Za unošenje svake vrste opreme, osim one koja je uobičajena za svakodnevno korištenje u domaćinstvu, gosti moraju tražiti suglasnost vlasnika (ronilačka, lovna, ribolovna i ostala sportska oprema). -Gosti su dužni sami brinuti o svojim vlastitim stvarima i vrijednostima. Vlasnik objekta se odriče odgovornost za eventualni nestanak predmeta i vrijednosti gostiju. -Za sve informacije gosti se mogu obratiti vlasniku objekta koji im stoji na raspolaganju. During their stay, guests can use all the appointments inside their apartments, as well a grill-house only with the owners consent. During every shift of guests, apartments are being completely cleaned and tidied up. Towels, table linen and bed linen are being changed during every shift of guests or every seven days, in case the guests are still in the apartment. In such a case, the guests have to change the towels, bed linen and table linen, themselves. On their arrival to our house, guests get the key to their apartment. They can keep it till the end of their stay. -The guests are obligated to manage all the furniture and fittings well and considerately. In case of breakage or loss of a certain object or an appointment from the apartment, a guest is obligated to inform the manager of that matter in the moment of the incident. A guest is also obligated to refund the value of a broken or lost object. -Persons, who are not registered as guests at our accommodation units, can not stay long, sleep or spend the night within our apartments. -It is not allowed to carry out towels and other inventory from the apartments. -Carrying other objects, extra beds, appointments, devices or machines into apartments is allowed only with the owners consent. The same rule is valid for any kind of equipage that is usually not of use within the household (equipage for sport, diving, fishing or hunting). -Guests have to take care of their things and valuables, themselves. The owner will not be responsible for any loss of guest’s things or valuables. -The owner is always at guest’s disposal so one is free to refer to him for any REGOLAMENTO DI CASA Il soggiorno nell’appartamento comincia alle 13:00 del primo giorno e finisce entro le ore 10:00 all’ultimo giorno del soggiorno. Si prega di tenere un comportamento silenzioso negli appartamenti. Il periodo di quiete notturna negli appartamenti inizia alle 23:00 e finisce alle 8:00 di mattino. Gli ospiti hanno diritto di usare tutti gli apparecchi nell’appartamento, e possono usare anche il grill con consenso del proprietario. Le pulizie si fanno con ogni cambiamento degli ospiti. La biancheria del letto, asciugamani e le tovaglie si cambiano con ogni cambiamento degli ospiti. Nel caso di un soggiorno più lungo, la biancheria del letto, asciugamani e le tovaglie si cambiano ogni sette giorni. Le chiavi devono essere ritornate prima della partenza degli ospiti. --Gli ospiti si pregano per la responsabilità dell’inventario. Nel caso che l’inventario dell’appartamento si perde o viene danneggiato l’ospite si obbliga di pagare tutti i danni. -Non è permessa la permanenza degli ospiti che non sono evidenziati come ospiti di questa casa. -È vietato portare fuori dell’appartamento gli asciugamani e altro inventario. -Gli ospiti si pregano di non portare nell’appartamento apparecchi, letti addizionali, attrezzi per il sub, caccia etc. senza il consenso del proprietario. -Gli ospiti devono aver cura dei propri valori. Il proprietario non é responsabile per i valori degli ospiti. -Per tutte le informazioni, gli ospiti possono rivolgersi al proprietario. HAUSORDNUNG Der Aufenthalt in den Ferienwohnungen beginnt für die Gäste um 13 Uhr am ersten Aufenthaltstag und endet um 10 Uhr am letzen Aufenthaltstag. Die Nachtruhe in unseren Ferienwohnungen fängt um 23 Uhr an und dauert bis 8 Uhr am nächsten Morgen. Die Gäste werden gebeten aber auch verpflichtet, die Ruhe und Stille zu achten. Während ihres Aufenthalts können die Gäste alle angebotenen Anlagen innerhalb der Unterkunftseinheit nutzen. Das Essen können sie auch draußen an Grill zubereiten, in Versprechung mit Besitzer der Ferienwohnungen. Nach jedem Gästewechsel wird die Einheit gründlich geputzt und eingerichtet. Auch die Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Tischtücher werden bei jedem Gästewechsel gewechselt sowie alle sieben Tage des Aufenthaltes in derselben Ferienwohnung. Während des Aufenthaltes in der Einheit (alle sieben Tage) sollen die Gäste die Bettwäsche, Tischtücher und Handtücher selbst wechseln. Die Gäste werden mit dem Schlüssel der Einheit verpflichtet. Den können sie bis zum Aufenthaltsende in der Einheit bewahren. Die Gäste werden darauf angewiesen, mit allen Gegenständen, Geräten und mit dem gesamten Bestand mit einer Gewohnheit vorsichtig zu richten. Falls es zum Krach oder Verschwinden bestimmter Sachen oder Geräte aus der Ferienwohnung kommt, ist der Gast verpflichtet, den Wert der vernichteten oder verschollenen Sachen nachzuholen und darüber dem Objektbesitzer zu berichten. -In den Unterkunftseinheiten ins ein längerer Aufenthalt, das Schlafen und das Übernachten der nicht angemeldeten Gäste nicht erlaubt. -Es ist nicht erlaubt die Handtücher und anderen Sachen von Ferienwohnung raus tragen. -Es ist nicht erlaubt, in die Ferienwohnungen das Eintragen irgendwelcher Gegenstrande, Zuzatzbetten, Gerate, Apparate oder information. Maschinen ist nur mit der besonderen Zustimmung des Ferienwohnungbesitzers erlaubt. -Für das Eintragen der Ausrüstung jeder Art, außer jener, die für das alltaglische Nutzen in Haushalt üblich ist, müssen die Gaste del Ferienwohnung Besitzer um die Zustimmung bitten (Taucher, Jagol, Fischfang, Sportsusrustung usw.) -Die Gäste sind verpflichtet, sich um ihre eigenem Gegenstände und Wertsachen zu kümmern. Der Ferienwohnungbesitzer verneint die Verantwortlichkeit für das eventuelle Verschuindern der Gegenstände und der Wertsachen der Gäste. -Wegen aller Auskünfte können sich die Gäste an den Besitzer des Objektes wenden. Er steht ihnen zur Verfügung.
