r n e a l n a p e e l p C a T M ® Liquido di pulizia per manti in TPO/FPO Liquid for cleaning of TPO/FPO membranes DESCRIZIONE MAPEPLAN® T CLEANER è un liquido di pulizia a base di solventi organici, appositamente formulato per la pulizia delle superfici molto sporche dei manti impermeabili in TPO/FPO Mapeplan® T. PROCEDURA DI PULIZIA E PREPARAZIONE DEI SORMONTI In combinazione con MAPEPLAN® T SEAM PREP viene utilizzato per la corretta proceduta di pulizia e preparazione dei sormonti dei manti in TPO/FPO Mapeplan® T come di seguito riportato. Raccomandiamo la pulizia e preparazione di tutti i sormonti con MAPEPLAN® T SEAM PREP, sia su Mapeplan® T nuovo o già applicato in opera. Ad evaporazione avvenuta, con il manto asciutto, è possibile procedere alla saldatura. MAPEPLAN® T (Sporco) (Sporcizia di cantiere, polvere, ecc.) - Pulire con una scopa; - Pulire con acqua; - Pulire con MAPEPLAN® T CLEANER (trattare solo la superficie del sormonto sporca); - Attendere la completa asciugatura; - Trattare entrambe le superfici del sormonto con MAPEPLAN® T SEAM PREP; - Attendere la completa asciugatura; - Procedere alla saldatura. DESCRIPTION MAPEPLAN® T CLEANER is a solvent based thinner, specially formulated for cleaning of very dirty surfaces of Mapeplan® T TPO/FPO waterproofing membranes. CLEANING AND PREPARATION PROCEDURES OF MAPEPLAN® T OVERLAPS In combination with MAPEPLAN® T SEAM PREP is used for the correct cleaning and preparation procedures of Mapeplan® T TPO/FPO membranes overlaps as follows. We recommend all overlaps and welding seams to new and existing membranes be cleaned prior to welding with MAPEPLAN® T SEAM PREP. Once the solvents have dispersed, and the membrane is dry, commence welding. MAPEPLAN® T (Dirty) (Dirty building site, air-born dust) - Clean with a broom; - Clean with water; - Clean with MAPEPLAN T CLEANER (use only on dirty surfaces); - Wait for solvents to disperse and the membrane to dry; - Treat both weld seams with MAPEPLAN® T SEAM PREP; - Wait for the solvents to disperse and the membrane to dry. n ner a l ep Clea MAPEPLAN T p (Molto sporco) Ma T (Rifacimenti, ampliamenti di cantiere, ecc.) ® - Pulire con una scopa; - Pulire con acqua ed una spazzola (utilizzare detersivo se necessario); - Pulire con MAPEPLAN® T CLEANER (trattare solo la superficie del sormonto sporca se necessario usare una spazzola in ferro); - Attendere la completa asciugatura; - Trattare entrambe le superfici del sormonto con MAPEPLAN® T SEAM PREP; - Attendere la completa asciugatura; - Procedere alla saldatura. Non strofinare né trasportare la polvere/ sporcizia nel sormonto. Applicare il liquido di pulizia e preparazione sulla superficie e sul sormonto, rimuovere lo sporco con un panno bianco pulito. CONFEZIONI MAPEPLAN® T CLEANER viene fornito in fusti di metallo da 5 lt. IMMAGAZZINAGGIO 12 mesi se stoccato in luogo asciutto, lontano da fonti di calore, ad una temperatura compresa tra +5 °C e +30 °C. Do not rub the dust and dirt into the membrane. Apply cleaner liberally to the surface or overlap and draw the dirt and cleaner off on to a clean white cloth.
