La superficie da trattare deve essere asciutta, pulita e priva di parti di distacco. Le
parti friabili vanno eliminate e ricostruite. Per l’adesività sulle superfici porose e
secche, è consigliabile la stesura una mano di diluita al 30% con acqua. va
mescolato prima dell’uso con trapani mmani di prodotto. Non eccedere nel consumo
per mano per non l’evaporazione dell’acqua contenuta nel prodotto applicato.

CAMPI D’IMPIEGO
FUGOFIX è costituito da resine modificate, cariche minerali quarzose selezionate e da additivi
specifici.
FUGOFIX consente una posa facile e veloce e
un bloccaggio resistente dei masselli.
Dopo la bagnatura a pioggia, il prodotto indurisce e salda tenacemente i masselli.
La pavimentazione mantiene la capacità drenante.
FUGOFIX viene utilizzato come riempitivo di
fughe di larghezza minima di 2 mm con sistema
di applicazione a secco.
È idoneo per essere utilizzato con la maggior
parte dei materiali impiegati nelle pavimentazioni esterne come ad esempio porfido, cotto, beole, quarzite, masselli in calcestruzzo.
Si può impiegare per ambienti soggetti a passaggio pedonale, anche intenso come: marciapiedi, piazze o zone cittadine interdette al
traffico pesante.

Il riempimento delle fughe nelle pavimentazioni
esterne consente il duraturo bloccaggio dei masselli che spesso si muovono e creano disagi.

MODALITÀ D’IMPIEGO
L’applicazione di FUGOFIX è estremamente
semplice e agevole. Basta versare il contenuto del secchio a pavimento (1) e spingerlo
dentro le fughe tra i massetti con l’ausilio
di spazzoloni e scope (2). Dopo aver ben
saturato le fughe e rimosso l’eccesso di
prodotto dalla superficie si procederà alla
bagnatura a pioggia abbondante (3) seguita
da una spazzolatura con scope per pulire le
superfici da eventuali
residui. Attendere al1
meno 24 ore prima di
caricare la pavimentazione.
Per fugature oltre i
5 mm di ampiezza il
prodotto può essere
applicato anche dopo averlo impastato
con circa il 7% di acqua. In questo caso
spingere il prodotto nelle fughe con una spatola in gomma e pulire successivamente con
spugna umida, senza successiva bagnatura.
• CONSUMO
Con masselli 10×20 cm, spessore 6 cm, il
consumo sarà circa 2,5 kg/m2 con fugatura
di 2 mm.
