ITALIAN CME ACCREDITATION
The request for CME credits has been forwarded to the Italian Ministry
of Health:

Oncology, Gynaecologist, Obstetrician, Anatomic Pathology,
Nuclear Medicine.
In order to obtain CME credits, participants must:
• Attend 100% of the scientific sessions indicated in the programme

of the course
• Fill and return the personal data form and the evaluation form
• Fill and return the CME questionnaire
• Answer properly to 75% of the questions on the questionnaire
All the ECM documents must be returned to the Secretariat Desk at the
Congress Venue.
Italian CME will be assigned after 3 months following the Congress.
CME Certificates will be sent by email to the address indicated in the
