Ricerca e caratterizzazione funzionale di mutazioni germinali del gene CDH1 in pazienti affetti da
carcinoma gastrico, gastrite atrofica autoimmune e parenti di primo grado non affetti.
Caratterizzazione molecolare (mutazioni somatiche) delle catene leggere Vk delle immunoglobuline
da pazienti con linfoma-B e HCV positivi, pazienti con crioglobulinemia mista tipo II e HCV positivi,
pazienti cronicamente infettati da HCV, e donatori senza infezione da HCV. Preparazione di estratti
proteici per 2D-DIGE da campioni sierici di soggetti affetti da crioglobulinemia mista tipo II e HCV
positivi trattati con terapia anti CD20 (RTX) non-convenzionale. Preparazione di estratti proteici di
Helicobacter Pylori e applicazione della 2D-DIGE.

Research and functional characterization of germinal mutations of CDH1 gene in gastric cancer
patients, autoimmune athrophic gastritis patients and first degree relatives not affected by the cancer.
Molecular characterization (somatic mutations) of Vk immunglobulin light chains in HCV positive
patients affected by B-lymphoma, in HCV positive patients affected by type II mixed cryoglobulinemia,
