INTEGRATIVA
I bilanci chiusi a partire dal 31 dicembre 2014 e depositati al
Registro delle Imprese dal 3 marzo 2015 dovranno comprendere il formato XBRL della Nota Integrativa, oltre che dei consueti prospetti di Conto Economico e di Stato Patrimoniale.
The financial statements closed as from December 31th, 2014
and filed with the Chamber of Commerce by March 3rd, 2015
must include the XBRL format of the explanatory notes in
addition to other accounting sections (i.e. balance sheet and
profit and loss).
Dopo la sperimentazione partita nel 2013, ora il deposito della
Nota Integrativa in formato XBRL (eXtensible Business Reportig Language) diventa obbligatorio per i bilanci di esercizio
individuali delle società non quotate, mentre rimane ancora
escluso per i bilanci consolidati.
After the tests started in 2013, now the filing of the explanatory notes in XBRL (eXtensible Business Reporting Language) becomes mandatory for the financial statements of
not listed companies, while it is still excluded for consolidated accounts.
L’utilizzo del nuovo formato persegue l’intento di rendere immediatamente disponibili ed elaborabili le informazioni sulla
situazione patrimoniale, economica e finanziaria delle imprese
con vantaggi in termini di qualità, fruibilità, trasparenza e
comparabilità dei bilanci.
The use of the new format allows making immediately available the information of the financial and economic position of
the companies with advantages in terms of quality, accessibility, transparency and comparability of the financial statements.
Il formato XBRL si caratterizza per essere un tracciato informatico standard, elaborabile ed integrato con le altre parti del
documento; nel caso di specie l’inserimento dei dati dello Stato
Patrimoniale e del Conto Economico comporta una autoalimentazione della sezione della Nota Integrativa, con risparmio
dei tempi di digitazione e riduzione di errori.
The XBRL format is a standard computer language, processable and integrated with the other parts of the document;
in the specific case, the data entry in the balance sheet and in
the profit and loss sections allows a self-completion of the
section related to the explanatory notes, saving time and
reducing typing errors.
Dal punto di vista operativo la struttura utilizzata per l’esposizione dei dati della Nota Integrativa ripercorre la
sequenza dei prospetti contabili.
From an operational point of view, the structure used for the
exposure of the data in the explanatory notes follows the
sequence of the data as disclosed in the financial statements.
In particolare, sono previste 53 tabelle per il bilancio in forma
ordinaria e 24 per quello in forma abbreviata; ogni tabella è
integrata da una sezione descrittiva di introduzione e una di
commento.
In particular 53 tables are provided for the ordinary financial
statements and 24 tables for the financial statements in
abridged form; each table is linked by an introduction section
and by a section for comments.
Nel complesso le informazioni della Nota Integrativa sono
raggruppate in cinque sezioni distinte:

introduzione, da compilare liberamente con informazioni di carattere generale e indicazione sui criteri di
valutazioni utilizzati;

informazione sulle voci di Stato Patrimoniale e conti
d’ordine;
The information of the explanatory notes are grouped into
five sections:

introduction, to fill in freely with general information and details on the criteria of evaluation used;

information on the items of the balance sheet and
memorandum accounts;

informazione sulle voci di Conto Economico;
sezione residuale, dedicata alle informazioni di
varia natura (ad esempio i dati sull’occupazione, i
compensi degli organi sociali);
parte finale, dove sono presenti campi testuali per
fornire indicazioni in merito alla destinazione dell’utile e alla dichiarazione di conformità.

information on the profit and loss;
residual section, dedicated to various information
(such as data on employees, the fees of the corporate
bodies);
final part, where there are text fields to provide indication of the profit allocation and the declaration of conformity.
La flessibilità del nuovo formato è assicurata dalla presenza
di campi di testo in cui è possibile inserire ulteriori informazioni ed elenchi puntati in base al grado di dettaglio ritenuto
più opportuno. Ove alcune fattispecie siano non rilevanti o
non applicabili le relative tabelle non dovranno essere compilate e non verranno visualizzate nel formato finale.
The flexibility of the new format is ensured by the presence of
several text fields where it is possible to add information and
bullets points, according to the level of detail considered as
more appropriate. Where there are not relevant or not applicable items, the related tables do not have to be filled in and they
will not point out in the final format.
Nel caso in cui le tabelle fornite per la Nota Integrativa non
siano ritenute sufficienti a rappresentare il bilancio secondo i
principi di chiarezza, veridicità e correttezza previsti dal Codice Civile è comunque possibile il deposito anche di un formato pdf/a con le informazioni integrative.
In the case the tables provided for the explanatory notes are
not considered as appropriate to represent the financial statements according to the principles provided by the Italian Civil
Code (i.e. clarity, truthfulness and correctness), it is also possible to submit a pdf/a file with the additional information
