pulizia agevolata - profilo battuta porta interamente integrato nella struttura per la massima igiene - sonda al cuore del prodotto
con robusta impugnatura siliconica di serie - spessore isolamento da 70 mm per un maggiore risparmio energetico - porta
autochiudente dotata di guarnizione in silicone resistente alle basse temperature, chiusura magnetica e riscaldata - porta reversibile in
utenza - piedini inox regolabili in altezza - vano tecnico su evaporatore e condensatore con apertura a compasso per una agevole ispezione - fondo

dell’operatore; consente di ottenere risultati ottimali sia in
abbattimento che in surgelazione, rispettando le caratteristiche e le
specificità di ciascun alimento nel rispetto delle disposizioni
dell’H.A.C.C.P..
Cicli a tempo e a temperatura – selezione abbattimento
positivo/negativo – selezione ciclo soft o hard (shock termico) sia in
abbattimento che in surgelazione – visualizzazione del tempo trascorso
dallo start – controllo inserimento sonda spillone automatico – selezione
sbrinamento forzato.
The controller
was specifically planned and realized
to support and simplify the operator’s activities; it gives excellent results
when either blast chilling and freezing, safeguarding the characteristics
and specific qualities of each single product, in compliance with the
H.A.C.C.P. requirements.
Time and temperature cycles – selection of positive/negative blast
chilling – selection of soft/hard cycles (thermic shock) in blast chilling
and freezing either – visualisation of the time elapsed after the start –
automatic check for the correct introduction of the core probe – selection
of forced defrost.
