花の都パリ、食の都リヨンなどがあるフランス。憧れの国フランス。この国についてどのくらいご存じでし
ょうか？ヨーロッパの中でロシアに次いで 2 番目に大きい国、フランス語を話す人は 1 億 5 千万人、フラ
ンスは世界一の観光地です。毎年 6 千万人がフランスを訪れ、フランスの生活を垣間見ることや、地方
の特色、景色、グルメを求めてやってきます。フランスの文化は世界でとりいれられています。そんなフラ
ンスの文化や生活を、フランスで育ったフランス人について語ってもらいます。フランスを訪問することが
一層楽しくなるような話をしてくださいます。皆で聞いて、そして、フランスを訪れてください。

home of Paris, the city of flowers and Lyon, its food capital: A much admired country.
But how much do you really know about France? For instance, did you know that France is the
second largest country in Europe after Russia, that 150 million people in the world speak French,
or that France is the world’s most popular tourist destination? 60 million people visit France every
year, seeking to get a glimpse of life there and the features, characteristics, and gourmet of its
regions. The presenter, who was born and raised in France, will talk about the culture and way of
life in this amazing country. Hearing his talk will make your next visit to France even more fun. So
join this mini-seminar and then visit France!

Raised in the city of Lyon with an interest in Japan, he studied Japanese at a school in
France. He came to Japan eight years ago and currently works in Saitama as teacher of
French.
