Certification. You certify that the customer listed above has
purchased the products and services listed in Exhibit A from
you.
Master Agreement. This order is governed by a master
agreement currently in effect between you and us that grants
you the right to resell our products or services (Master
Agreement). This order is effective on the date of the last
signature below (effective date) and is the complete
agreement for your purchase; it may only be modified by
another document signed by both of us.
保証リセラーは、上記に記載される顧客が、別紙 A
に記載される製品及びサービスにつき、リセラーから
購入したことを保証するものとします。
マスター契約本注文は、リセラーとマイクロストラ
テジーとの間で現在効力を有するリセラーにマイクロ
ストラテジーの製品又はサービスを再販売する権利を
付与するマスター契約に準拠するものとします（マス
ター契約）。本注文は、以下の署名欄の遅い方の日付
で発効し（発効日）、リセラーの購入についての完全
な合意を構成し、両当事者により署名された別の文書
によってのみ、変更することができます。

License. We grant you a license the products listed above
according to the terms of the Master Agreement.
Marketing. We have the right to issue a mutually-agreed
press release that includes a quotation from one of your
senior executives. You may also issue a press release with
our prior review and approval. Each party grants the other
the right to use its name and logo in public communications,
on websites, in presentations, in marketing collateral and at
marketing events.
Master Agreement.
This agreement is governed by a
master agreement currently in effect between you and us or

ライセンスマイクロストラテジーはお客様に対
し、マスター契約の条件に従って、上記に記載され
た製品につき、ライセンスを付与するものとしま
す。
マーケティングマイクロストラテジーは、お客様
の経営幹部からの引用を含む、相互合意の上でのプ
レスリリースを行う権利を有します。また、お客様
は、マイクロストラテジーの事前の確認及び承認を
得たうえで、プレスリリースを行うことができま
す。各当事者は、他方当事者に対し、広報、ウェブ
サイト、プレゼンテーション、マーケティング資料
及びマーケティングイベントにおいて、その名称及
びロゴを使用する権利を付与します。
マスター契約本契約は、お客様とマイクロストラ
テジーとの間で現在効力を有するマスター契約に準
拠するものとします。もし、お客様とマイクロスト
ラテジーとの間で現在効力を有するマスター契約が

れる教育条件に準拠します。本契約は、以下の署名

の購入に関するお客様とマイクロストラテジーとの
間の完全な合意を構成します。本契約は、両当事者
