The CRT - Japan (Caux Round Table Japan) (http://crt-japan.jp/en/) is the Japanese arm of an
international network of principled business leaders working to promote a moral capitalism
(http://www.cauxroundtable.org/). CRT-Japan offers practical advice to corporations in the
area of sustainability and business, and human rights in Japan. In 2012, CRT-Japan started to
hold several events on Sustainable Event to share the sustainability agendas and human rights
related risks associated with the Tokyo 2020 Olympics and Paralympics.

り公正で透明性の高いものとすることを目指して活動するグローバル団体であり
(http://www.cauxroundtable.org/)、企業に対して主に「持続可能性」および「ビジネスと人
権」分野における実践的なアドバイスを提供している。2012年より、東京オリンピック・パ
ラリンピックの実施に際して懸念されるサステナビリティ課題や人権リスクについて理解を
深めることを目的としたセミナーやイベントを開催している。
The AISTS (International Academy of Sports Science and Technology) (http://aists.org/) was
founded in 2000 by the International Olympic Committee, EPFL (Swiss Federal Institute
of Technology), University of Lausanne, University of Geneva, IMD Business School, Ecole
Hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL), City of Lausanne and Canton of Vaud. A not-for-profit
foundation, the AISTS is committed to professionalising sports management through
continuing education, applied research and an engaging platform for industry connections.
AISTS (http://aists.org/) は、国際オリンピック委員会、スイス連邦チューリッヒ工科大学、ロ
ーザンヌ大学、ジュネーブ大学、IMDビジネススクール、ローザンヌホテル大学、エコール・
オテリエール・デ・ローザンヌ、ヴォー州ローザンヌ市によって2000年に設立されたNPO
組織。スポーツ界最高峰のスポーツマネジメント大学院であり、応用研究を行うとともに、

Corporate Initiatives for Sustainable Sport and Events
The AISTS Sustainable Sport & Events (SSE) Centre is a worldwide recognised centre of
expertise for sustainability in sport and events. It engages and empowers the sport sector
and companies who support sport and events with the knowledge and tools to incorporate
sustainability in their initiatives. The AISTS offers a two-day open learning module, the
AISTS SSE open module, in Lausanne each year, and will, for the first time, organise it in
Tokyo in 2016. Prior to this module in Tokyo, Geert Hendriks, AISTS Head of Projects, will
talk about the AISTS, Olympic Agenda 2020, and sustainable sport and events. The seminar
will also discuss the added value for companies to participate in the International Olympic
Committee’s (IOC) supported program ‘Global Active Cities’.
The aim of the seminar is, through the support of case-studies, to share the understanding
of what a company can do and what value sustainable sport and events bring to a company.
Comments and discussion with participants during this introduction seminar will be
integrated into the AISTS SSE open module in 2016, which will focus on the implementation
or quite simply the “How to”.
Participants of the seminar will be granted partial access to the Sport Sustainability
E-Learning and the AISTS SSE Toolkit for free as a special offer. Please join us to share the
latest thinking and discuss best practices to better understand sustainability in sport and
events.
AISTS「持続可能性に配慮したスポーツイベント」ワークショップ（2016年開催）紹介セミナー
持続可能性に配慮したスポーツイベントと、企業の取り組み
AISTS が運営する「持続可能性に配慮したスポーツイベントに関する研究所」は、持続
可能性に配慮したスポーツイベントの実施に関するグローバルな知が集結する機関であ
り、スポーツイベントの実施に係わるスポーツ業界組織や企業の取り組みにおいて持続
可能性が考慮されるように、その知見と手法を活用した支援を行っています。AISTSは、
スイス・ローザンヌにおいて持続可能性に関する2日間ワークショップを毎年実施してい
ますが、2016年度、このワークショップを初めて東京で開催することといたしました。ワ
ークショップの開催に先立ち、AISTSのヘッド・オブ・プロジェクトであるヘンドリック・ギ
ート氏が来日し、AISTSの活動、オリンピック・アジェンダ2020、持続可能性に配慮した
スポーツイベントの内容についてご紹介いたします。この紹介セミナーでは、例えば、IOC
が支援する「グローバル・アクティブ・シティ」プログラムへの参加を通じて企業が得るこ
とのできるメリット（付加価値）についても議論する予定です。
本セミナーでは、企業事例を通じて、持続可能性に配慮したスポーツイベントの実現に
向けて組織や企業には何ができるのか、その取り組みを通じて企業はどのような価値を
得ることができるのか、について理解を深めていきます。本セミナーでの意見やコメント
は、2016年度に東京で開催するワークショップの構成において参考にいたします。2016
年度のワークショップでは、持続可能性に配慮したスポーツイベントの実現に向けて組
織や企業ができることをどのように実践するのか（How）について理解を深めていく予定
です。

Speakers Biographies
Geert Hendriks
Head of Projects, AISTS
Geert Hendriks is responsible at the AISTS for a range of applied research and consulting projects,
working closely with the IOC (international Olympic Committee) and other international sports
organisations. He is also tasked with the management of the AISTS Sustainable Sport and Events
Centre, whose goal is to engage and empower cities and event organisers through providing practical
and comprehensive resources on sustainability and (corporate) social responsibility in sport. His
latest book on sport sustainability and legacy (expected December 2015) will include chapters on
‘sustainability & sponsorship’ and ‘the business value of CSR’.
ヘンドリック・ギート
AISTS　ヘッド・オブ・プロジェクト
IOC（国際オリンピック委員会）やその他の国際スポーツ団体と連携を図りながら各種応用研究
やコンサルティング業務に従事。また、都市やイベント主催者に対して持続可能性に配慮したスポ
ーツイベント×（企業の）社会的責任に関する実践的かつ包括的な知見を提供するSustainable
Sport and Events Centre（持続可能性に配慮したスポーツイベントに関する研究所）を運営。
さらに、IOCおよびスポーツアコードとともに「持続可能性への企業事例」や「インパクトアセスメ
ント（影響測定）」等のスポーツイベントにおける重要なサステナビリティ要素を網羅した「スポー
ツ・サステナビリティ・Eラーニングコース」を開発。最新のスポーツ・サステナビリティとレガシー
に関する著書には、
「サステナビリティとスポンサーシップ」
「ビジネスにおけるCSRの価値」とい
った章が含まれている（2015年12月に出版予定）。
Hiroshi Ishida
Executive Director, Caux Round Table Japan
Visiting Professor of Graduate School of Economics, Kyushu University
Hiroshi Ishida is the Executive Director of the Caux Round Table Japan. Preceding the CRT Japan,
he worked at the Industrial Bank of Japan (IBJ) for 10 years. After resigning from IBJ in 2000, Ishida
was appointed as the Coordinator of CRT Japan, and now he has been working as the Executive
Director of CRT Japan. He is involved in the field of CSR, Business Ethics and Personal Social
Responsibility, and helps Japanese companies integrate CSR into their corporate strategy and
management system.
石田寛
経済人コー円卓会議日本委員会専務理事兼事務局長
九州大学大学院経済学府客員教授
日本興業銀行で市場営業部ボンドディーリング、企画部門等での勤務を経た後、2000年10月よ
り経済人コー円卓会議日本委員会での活動を開始し、2004年に同会事務局長に就任。企業価値
向上に向けたCSRに関するコンサルティングや、モラルセンスや人間力をテーマとしたグローバル
人材育成に関する研修など、組織と個人の力を高めるための取り組みを行っている。
Miho Okada
Director, Caux Round Table Japan
Assistant Professor, Institute of Business and Accounting, Kwansei Gakuin University
Prior to join the Caux Round Table Japan, Miho Okada worked at NISSAN MOTOR CO., LTD. Since
2009, Miho Okada has involved in activities of CRT Japan, striving for learning expertise of NGO/NPO
with companies and realizing business operations with the integration of sustainability. She holds a
MA in Political Science, Waseda University. Currently, she is an assistant professor of the Institute of
Business and Accounting, Kwansei Gakuin University, and a student at Master of Studies
in Sustainability Leadership at Cambridge University.
岡田美穂
経済人コー円卓会議日本委員会ディレクター
関西学院大学専門職大学院経営戦略研究科助教
早稲田大学大学院政治学研究科卒業、現在、ケンブリッジ大学大学院サステナビリティリーダー
シップ研究科修士課程在籍。日産自動車で海外営業・マーケティングの業務に携わった後、2009
年に入会。
「企業とともに、NGO/NPOの専門知識に学び、サステナビリティを捉えた企業活動の
在り方を考え、それを多方面から実現すること」を目指している。関西学院大学専門職大学院経営
戦略研究科助教。
