京阪神次世代グローバル研究リーダー育成コンソーシアム

京都大学、大阪大学、神戸大学は、2014 年 10 月に文部科学省「科学技術人材育成のコ
ンソーシアムの構築事業（次世代研究者育成プログラム）」の採択を受け、三大学がコア機
関となり若手研究者育成のために強固な連携体制を構築することとしました。この中で、
京阪神という地の利を活かした強い連携・協力体制のもと、次代を担う優秀な若手研究者
の確保・育成を戦略的に行うことを目的として、京阪神次世代グローバル研究リーダー育
成コンソ－シアムを設立しました。本コンソーシアムにおいて、このたび以下のとおり若
手研究者の募集を開始しますのでお知らせします。

2．応募資格
以下の全ての要件を満たす者。
(1) 平成 27 年（2015 年）4 月 1 日に、博士号取得後 10 年以内または同等程度の研究経歴
（博士課程に標準年限以上在学し、所定の単位を修得した上、退学した（いわゆる「満
期退学者」
）で、退学後 10 年以内の研究者。）を有する者で、かつ 40 歳未満の者。
(2) 対象とする分野において、十分な研究能力・教育能力を有する者。
(3) 平成 28 年（2016 年）3 月末日までに着任可能な者。
※
産前・産後休暇および育児休暇を取得した者については、その取得期間を除いて 10 年
以内であれば応募可能です。
※
応募者の国籍は問いません。
※
本募集は、文部科学省「科学技術人材育成のコンソーシアムの構築事業」による補助
対象のため、雇用対策法施行規則第 1 条の 3 第 1 項第 3 号二に該当し、雇用対策法第 10
条の適用除外として、募集いたします。
3．待遇等

国立大学法人大阪大学任期付教職員就業規則の適用を受ける特任助教（常勤）（任期付
き常勤教員）として採用し、国立大学法人大阪大学任期付年俸制教職員（特任等教職
員）給与規程に基づき、給与を支給します（年俸制）。

スタートアップ研究費（採用後 2 事業年度で最大 1000 万円）を措置します。

研究活動を主目的とするために、研究エフォートは 60％以上とします。

各種の研究支援プログラムに参加いただけます。
※
スタートアップ研究費については、国の予算の関係により減額になる場合があります。
4．選考方法
（第一次審査：2015 年 7 月～8 月頃）

京阪神次世代グローバル研究リーダー育成コンソーシアムの選考会議（以下、「選考会
議」という。
）において、書面審査（ピアレビュー）を行います。
（第二次審査 2015 年 8 月～9 月頃）

選考会議において面接を行い、研究面のみならず次世代のリーダーとしての資質等を
総合的に判断して採用候補者の選考を行います。
（第三次審査 2015 年 9 月頃）

受入先の大学等において、第一次および第二次審査を踏まえて、最終審議を行い、採
用内定者を決定します。
5．選考結果等
選考結果については、全応募者にメールにて通知します。なお、選考過程及び採否の理
由については一切お答えいたしかねます。

In October 2014, Kyoto University, Osaka University and Kobe University decided to
establish partnerships under a MEXT program, building a consortium for developing
human resources in science and technology. The consortium, named as The Keihanshin
Consortium for Fostering the Next Generation of Global Leaders in Research
(K-CONNEX), promotes development and securement of excellent young researchers
who will lead the future global academic community. We encourage such highly

2. Qualifications
Requirements for the position:
1. Applicants should hold a Ph. D that was acquired after April 1, 2005, or have
equivalent research experience, and should be under 40 years old as of April 1,
2015.

If you had intervals as maternity leave and/or child-care leave, and the term from
receiving a Ph. D degree or equivalent degrees is less than 10 years excluding the
intervals, you can apply to the position.

Any nationality is acceptable.
●
Since this project is supported by Funds for the Development of Human Resources
in Science and Technology under MEXT, these age restrictions are subject to
exceptional treatment by the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Act of “Koyou
taisaku” Act 1-3 (1-(3-2)).
3. Employment Conditions
●
Annual salary will be determined in accordance with Salary Regulations for
National University Corporation Osaka University Limited Term Staff Subject to
Annual Salary System (Specially appointed Staff, etc.)
●
Research fund for initial investments will be granted up to 10 million yen in first
two academic years.
●
No less than 60% of work effort will be dedicated to research.
●
Participating in various training programs is available.
Note: There are possibilities that the research fund is reduced depending on the
national budget.
4. Selection Process
●
Primary selection: About July-August 2015
An expert committee at K-CONNEX from their respective academic fields will
examine application documents, focusing on academic achievements and research
plans.
●
Secondary selection: About August-September 2015
The council under K-CONNEX will conduct interviews. In addition to applicants'
academic achievements, the council will evaluate their potential to become leading
figures in the future global academic community.
●
Third selection: About September 2015
The university which accepts the application will make the final decision
considering the results of primary and secondary selections.
5. Result Notification
Results of the selection will be notified to all applicants by e-mail.
