ケランヌに所有する14ヘクタールの畑は古い村の南西に位置しています。粘土
や砂を含んだ石の多い土壌です。ワインは厚みがあり、ブラックカラント、ガリ
ーグ、甘草の美しいアロマを備えています。
ヴィンテージ
ここ近年でもっとも乾燥した長い冬から始まったヴィンテージで、春は感じられませんで
した。気候変動によりブドウの成熟は非常に遅く、少ない収量の中で良い品質のブドウを
得る為に、ワインメーカーの仕事は重要なものとなりました。2013年はややこしい年で
したが、素晴らしいバランスを備えた非常に期待のできるヴィンテージです。

ケランヌは南ローヌで最も素晴らしいテロワールの一つです。
ロケーション
ラストーとサン・セシルの間に位置するケランヌ地区の南西向きの丘にある歴史的畑の中
心部に位置しています。

痩せた粘土と砂利が層になり、細かい砂岩も混ざっています。
開発
破砕後、ステンレスタンクで発酵。のパンピング・オーヴァーを行います。

Grenache, Syrah
テイスティング・コメント
2013年のヴィンテージは、発酵段階の3分の2を全房で行ったことでフ
レッシュ感を与えた。紫がかった赤い色、強烈なアロマ、ブラック・フルー
ツの果汁、まろやかなスパイスと花を感じる香り。エレガントで洗練された
タンニンが余韻と個性を与える。

Full ruby. Smoke-accented black currant and cherry on the fragrant nose; zesty minerality
adds lift and vivacity. Supple and expansive, offering lively dark fruit and floral pastille
flavors and an exotic, refreshingly bitter blood orange nuance. Finishes with very good
focus, building tannins and a hint of lavender pastille.
