鶏・マーくん鶏ボンジリ自動脱骨機 Tori・Mar-kun Automatic Chicken tail Deboning Machine 概要 Overview これまでボンジリ尾骨の脱骨作業は手作業にて行われて来ました。このため生産性が上がらず、コストダウンのために機械化、自動化が求められて来ました。この度、この要求に応える自動脱骨機を開発致しました。 The work of removing coccyx of the chicken tail has been made by hand so far. As the hand work have had low productivity, mechanization and automation of the work has been required to reduce costs. To meet the needs, we have developed an automatic deboning machine recently. 抜き型の上にボンジリを人が載せるだけで型を着けたテーブルが移動して尾骨を打ち抜くものです。凡そ人手の４～５倍の生産量が得られます。歩留り率は７５％程です。 Just put chicken tails on cutting dies on the table respectively by hand, And then the table moves to be punched out coccyx. Amount of production is increased approximately in four to five-fold than it’s of by human work. The yield rate is about 75%. 特徴 Characteristics １．手で打ち抜き型の上に載せてセットするだけですから熟練を要しません。１. Workers do nothing but put chicken tails on cutting dies, so no skill is required to operate the machine. ２．抜いた骨はミニコンベアで自動排出されます。２. Punched coccyges are discharged automatically by mini-conveyor. ３．脱骨されたボンジリ肉は打ち抜きステーションの次のステーションで型から自動排出されます。３. Deboned chicken tail meats are removed from cutting dies at the next station following punching. ４．機械主要部はステンレス製です。４.
