hour for your body to absorb it.
2. You may be asked to use headphones or ear to protect your
ears from the machine’s noise.
3. You will have to lie on the table and it will be slid into the
machine.
4. It can take up to one to one-and-a-half hours to complete the
scan.
5. On completion of the imaging process, the table will come
out of the scan machine.

PET/CT machines are older compared to PET/MRI machines,
