Items may be viewed during the time period of Monday, July 13 through Thursday, July 16. Sealed bids for the sale of the items will be accepted until 2:00 pm, Tuesday, July 21 at the Purchasing Office. All bid response envelopes must be marked with “Surplus Property Bid 5574” on the outside. It is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure that the bid is received in the proper location on or before the stated due date and time. All items will be sold to the highest bidder. Successful bidder must pay for all equipment purchased on or before Monday, July 27, 2015 at the Cashier’s office, second floor, Student Center Building. Payment will be accepted by cash, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, money order or cashier’s check only. NO personal checks will be accepted. Successful bidder must remove all property from campus by 5:00 pm, Friday, July 31, 2015. A listing of the copier model numbers and meter readings can be found on the WCC web site; wccnet.edu/surpluspropertysale. The information provided is to the best of the College’s knowledge. The bidder is responsible for authenticity and accuracy of all items and information listed. All items are sold on an “as-is, where-is” basis. All sales are final. The College reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive or modify any irregularities. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide removal costs, all transportation and loading for all items at the purchaser’s expense. The College is not responsible for storage, loading or shipping of items. The purchaser is responsible for all damages, accidents and all other liabilities which may be incurred in the disassembly and removal process.
