Printing your LASAD Argument Diagram The most reliable way to print a diagram is to take a screen shot of it and use the default printing feature of your computer to print the picture. You can do this in your Mac or Windows machine using the steps listed below. In preparing the screen shot, it may be helpful to: a) maximize the browser window showing the LASAD argument diagram. b) make the nodes and arcs big enough to show all of the text (The corners of nodes are expandable, and the bottom borders of links are expandable.) c) If you’re diagram is too big for one screen, take a screen shot of the parts of the diagram that are visible; then center the screen on each remaining part of the diagram and take a screen shot of each of them. How to get a screen capture on Mac 1. Open your diagram in the browser window. 2. Press Command, Shift, and 3 buttons all together in the same time. The picture would be automatically saved on your desktop 3. Open the picture by double clicking on it 4. Hit Command + P or select Print from the File Menu How to get a screen capture on Windows 1. Open your diagram in the browser window. 2. Hit Print Screen (PrtScn) button. Now the picture is in your clipboard and you have to paste it somewhere in order to print. 3. Open an empty Microsoft Word document. 4. (Optional) Change the layout orientation to Landscape in order to let the picture take most of the space available in the page. 5. Press Ctrl + V button or select Paste from right click (or Edit) menu. 6. Press Ctrl + P button or select Print from the File menu of MS Word
