The use of 4 selected hops are giving this beer a nice bitterness of 30 IBU and a fresh aroma. This golden beer is only made with the 4 natural and essential ingredients: water, barley malt, hops and yeast. Nevertheless it has a lot of taste, full body and chocolate flavors. This balanced dark ale is made with the 4 natural ingredients: barley malt, hops, yeast and water. This ale is made of 100% Pale Ale malts and great hops hops who are giving this IPA a bitterness of 35 IBU. The 5 used hops are: Tomahawk: (nice bitterness), Saaz (herbal touch), Cascade (citrus / grapefruit flavors), Amarillo (grapefruit / passion fruit flavors) and Nelson Sauvin for the dry-hopping (Cabernet Sauvignon flavors). ALCOHOL: 6% COLOUR: AMBER BITTERNESS: 35 IBU HOPS: TOMAHAWK, SAAZ, CASCADE, AMARILLO & DRY HOPPING WITH NELSON SAUVIN IDEAL SERVING TEMPERATURE: 6-9°C SHELF LIFE: 24 MONTHS AVAILABLE IN: 33CL BOTTLE, 75CL BOTTLE AND 20L ONE-WAY BARREL This fruity aromatic IPA is made with natural ingredients and gets the flavors and aroma only from the 4 natural ingredients: water, barley malt, hops and yeast. Dry-hopping: normally hop is added in the boiling process but with dry-hopping the hops are added in the fermentation tank before it goes into the bottle. IPA: (Indian Pale Ale) When the Englishmen were colonizing India they wanted to have their own Pale Ale, to preserve their beer on the long trip to India they added a lot of hops. Since that time a very hoppy Ale is called an IPA. The use of a certain percentage of wheat and the little use of dry-hopping gives the beer a very nice flavor and fresh aroma. Specific yeast makes sure almost all sugars are fermented which makes it a dry and fluent drinkable beer for nice summer days. A Saison was brewed by farmers in the winter with the ingredients they had (barley and wheat) and they drunk it during the summer when they were working on the fields, that is why it has to be a fresh and fluent drinkable (not sweet rather dry) for the hot summer days.
