2018 Scholarship Application
DEADLINE: November 30, 2017
Eligibility Requirements:
 Must be an undergraduate student working on a first Bachelor’s Degree.
 Must have been on academic probation at EMU during a prior semester or had academic
difficulty but now has a 2.5 cumulative gpa or higher at EMU.
 Preference may be given to students in the Individualized Studies Program.
 Must be currently registered for Fall 2017 classes at the time of application and then funding
will be applied to Winter 2018 semester.
Application Instructions and Requirements:
1. Complete Application
2. Attach Resume
3. Attach Essay/Personal Statement (500 words or less) describing prior performance,
hardships, financial need, academic achievements, student involvement, volunteer activities,
and career goals. Describe how you have turned your life around and the importance of
education.
