beautiful wine-producing area of Tuscany: Chianti Classico, Nobile di Montepulciano and Brunello
di Montalcino. A total of 3 stages for about 300 km and 5,200 mt. of elevation in the long version,
and as an alternative a slightly easier path available for each stage. Nevertheless for both versions
is a good training, resistance and team spirit is required. The path is really stunning and worth to
admire the landscapes and to snoope among some of the most pictoresque villages of Toscany.
In addition to the bike guides even this year "Depo", "Carube" and "Mugna" will follow us to make
our trip truly memorable. For organizational reasons, registrations are limited and must be made

Castelnuovo Berdenga on the southern border of the Chianti. Then we will face the long climb that
leads to the fortified village of Garonza to step down to the Val di Chiana, touching the villages of
Lucignano, Sinalunga and Torrita di Siena. The last and challenging climb of the day will lift us to

wine appellation of Tuscany. From there we will continue to Chianciano, an ancient city known for
its thermal baths. The easier route is slightly shorter and avoids the ascent of Gargonza. Exclusive

Casciano dei Bagni, another spectacular little village where 42 hot water springs are active which
will disclose the unequaled Val d’Orcia. After a long and winding descent we will head up to the
fortress of Radicofani by a hard climb, well rewarded by the beauty of the place. From there we will
proceed downhill and then on a flat stretch to get up to San Quirico d'Orcia, another important
medieval town on the Via Francigena. After a stretch mostly downhill, will face the last long climb
with breathtaking views that will take us up to Montalcino, home of the Brunello, one of the most
appreciated wines in the world. The medium route that from Sartean takes a shortcut to Radicofani
is just as spectacular and still pretty challenging. Overnight in 2 hotels in the city center: Vecchia

Etruscan origins. From there we will continue on a remote road in the woods, with a beautiful
gravel stretch of about 4 km to reach Bagnaia, passing in the middle of the golf course. After a few
kilometers in the plains, we arrive at Sovicille, other medieval walled city with much older origins, to
deal with the long climb of Ancaiano in the Montagnola Senese. In a landscape surrounded by a
picturesque Mediterranean habitat, we will descend to Pievescola to head to the impressive
