Easy EWF is IWT’s new in‐line integrated emptying, washing and filling system for bottle
processing. As a solution working together with IWT’s dedicated logistics products, Easy EWF can
free staff from many of the repetitive, physical tasks of handling heavy bottle crates.
The Easy EWF integrated bottle handling system offers a high, continuous throughput of bottles
in a very limited space with a workflow designed for ease‐of‐use by the operator.

The washer features 36 stainless steel fixed nozzles, ensuring all internal bottle surfaces are
thoroughly and consistently cleaned. Rotating arms above and below the bottles provide
effective rinsing. The movement range provided by the manual hood allows the operator
excellent access to the washing chamber. 5 washing cycles are available.
3/Flexible configuration
IWT designed the Easy EWF as 3 separate modules so that you can site them to match your
desired workflow. A wide range of available accessories can further enhance the Easy EWF:
Magic bottle cap remover: this cost-effective solution allows bottle caps to be removed using
compressed air, reducing the RSI risk to the operator.
Acidification unit: a fully electro‐polished version of the filling table is available. This can be
supplied with a pre‐assembled acidification unit, which can be fitted underneath the filling table.
Filtration unit: this wall mounted system consists of filer cartridges from 10 to 0.2 micron,
ensuring the removal of bacteria from supply water.
