Please note that the Symposium will start with Dr Alan Waring’s Keynote Speech at 11:00. The Cyprus Safety Platform meeting will take place between 08:30 – 11:00 at the same place on the 30thJanuary 2013 (not the 23rd January), prior to the start of the Symposium. Some colleagues have reported that due to a typo in our website, there was a slight confusion with the Cyprus Safety Platform meeting which has now been rectified. Special Session in Energy Storage / Energy Networks (with an emphasis on oil and gas) Safety Due to the large amount of submissions in the area, we have decided to have a Special Session in Energy Storage / Energy Networks (with an emphasis on oil and gas) Safety. Prof Michael Delichatsios, Director of FireSERT, Ulster University, UK will deliver a Plenary and will Chair the Session.
