We believe that it is a great experience for children to learn while having fun in a safe environment. We are closed on public and national holidays. Please note* A yearly calendar is available indicating other days when we are closed ●振替に関して Make-up lessons 1 ヶ月 1 回の振替ができます。 Make up classes are available once a month if the child cannot attend their regular class. Please make arrangements at the office. ●休会に関して Absence 1ヶ月のみ10,000円でお席を確保させていただきます。 2ヶ月以上になりますと通常月謝となります。 There will be a ¥10000 operation and maintenance fee for children who have an extended absence for 1 month. This fee will also hold your child`s place at Smile Club. For absences exceeding one month we ask that you remove your child from Smile Club or pay the regular monthly school fee. ●退会に関して Quit 月の途中退会の場合は返金できません。退会の際は前月13日までにお申し出下さいませ。 If your child needs to quit Smile Club, please alert reception before the 13th of the month previous to their leaving (e.g. If your child is quitting Smile Club on March 1st, reception needs to be notified before February 13th). If reception does not receive notification by the 13th, there will be a full tuition charge for the following month. ●8月サマースクールに関して Summer school in August スマイル生徒様には格安でサマースクールを毎年行っています。サマースクールへお申し込み頂いた生徒様は、サマースクール代金を現金またはお振込みにてお支払い頂きます。サマースクールにご参加されない場合、8月は休会扱いとなり8月分維持費10,000円現金または振込みにてお支払い頂きます。 We have a special Summer School Program every year. The application requires payment by cash or direct deposit into our bank account. There will be a ¥10,000 absence fee (to cover school operations and maintenance) for children who will not join the Summer School ●災害等緊急時の対応について In case of emergency (Evacuation) スマイルクラブでは、地震や火事を想定した避難訓練を毎月行っています。 We have an evacuation drill once a month.
