厚生労働科学研究費補助金（難治性疾患克服研究事業）再発性多発性軟骨炎の診断と治療体系の確立分担研究報告書再発性多発性軟骨炎の文献レビュー研究分担者須賀万智（東京慈恵会医科大学環境保健医学講座・准教授）研究要旨：再発性多発性軟骨炎（RP）の臨床試験を実施するにあたり、これまでに報告された RP の治療に関する研究を調べた。最近 10 年間に PubMed に収載された英文の文献で、臨床試験は 0 件、症例報告は 167 件あった。そのうち抄録が掲載されたもので、ステロイドを使用したものは 26 件、メソトレキセートを使用したものは 8 件あった。Ａ．研究目的再発性多発性軟骨炎（relapsing polychondritis; RP）は軟骨組織の炎症・破壊を特徴とする原因不明の慢性疾患である。その稀少性から、RP 患者の症状経過は十分明らかにされておらず、標準的な治療法はいまだ確立されていない。本研究では、RP に対するステロイド＋メソトレキセート（MTX）併用療法を前向きに評価する臨床試験を計画していることから、本稿では、これまでに報告された RP の治療に関する研究を調べた。 27 件の研究の概要を表 1 に示した。Ｄ．考察最近 10 年間に PubMed に収載された英文の文献を調べた結果から、RP の臨床試験はひとつも報告されていなかった。本研究でおこなう臨床試験は RP の治療に関するエビデンスとして貴重であり、RP の治療法の確立に大いに貢献すると期待される。Ｅ．参考文献 [1] Yamazaki K, Suga T, Hirata K.
