Vegetaboo Kids Concept 創造性を学 BOO・努力を学 BOO・自然を感じ、感謝の気持ちを学 BOO・三つの BOO で「Vegetaboo Kids」 の仲間入り Let's join BOO!! ママに聞いてみたんだ！僕らが食べている野菜たちはどうやって作られて、どこから来るんだい？ この野菜の味は本物なの？ ママが子供のころ食べていた野菜とおなじなの？ そしたらママも良くわからないって…。だから僕たち、ママと一緒に自分たちで創ることにしたんだ。 その前に何を食べたいか？どんな畑にしたいか？を考えて 草刈をし、土を耕し、種をまいて、野菜が大きく育つように出てきた芽を間引いて、 病気や虫さんたちが付かないよう注意して、おいしい野菜に育つように面倒見るんだ。 実った野菜を使って、ママと考えたレシピで料理をしてみんなでおいしく食べる！ そして僕らの野菜は近所の人たちにも配るんだ。 口で言うのは簡単だけど…それが Vegetaboo Kids！！がんばるぞ～ A,A,O！！ Vegetaboo のその先にあるもの… 今度はみんなで作った野菜を近所のおばあちゃん達に集まってもらって 自慢の料理を作ってもらい、レシピを交換するんだ！ 地域の野菜で自慢の料理、僕たちやママもその料理を教わりたい！ みんなが集まって来て、おばあちゃん達から教わる自慢の家庭路料理 僕たちはおばあちゃんとふれ合いながら、いろいろな事を学ぶんだ。 そしておばあちゃん自慢の家庭料理が沢山出揃ったところで、楽しくみんなで食べ比べ、 この輪を少しずつ広げていく。 それぞれの特産物を使った「グランマ Vegetaboo グルメ大会」をし、地域の農業を活性化して自分たちで食 物を育て、 自分たちで料理を作っていけば、もっともっと食べ物を大切に感じるはずだよ！ おばあちゃんも僕たちもママもみんな幸せ！美味しい生活から、みんなの笑顔。今日も VEGETABOO！！ おばあちゃんの自慢のレシピを習いに集まった婚活女子、それを聞きつけ集まった弁当男子 そこで恋愛のレシピが生まれ二人で人生のメニューを考え新たな生命の誕生です。 一方最初に畑作りに参加した VegetaBoo Kids のみんなはというと… 今度はそこにいろいろな＜インターナショナルなお友達＞に集まってもらい、僕ら Vegetaboo kids がみんな に畑作りを教えてあげてみんなで仲良く畑をつくろう！ そして今度は彼らの考えたメニューで料理を作ってみるんだ。畑を創りながらいろいろな国のお友達とお話 しすると今まで僕らの常識が彼らには非常識だったり、またその逆もあるんだ。 畑作りでこんな沢山のことが学べるなんて！そしていろいろな世代の人たちが畑を通してこんなに通じ合 えるなんて最高！！VegetaBoo kids の畑はいろいろなものを育てているんだね！ 愛、友情、恋愛、喜び、思いやり、そして命、みんなも仲間になって、あなたの思いを育ててみませんか？ きっと今日もピースフルな一日を味わえます。VegetaBoo で今日も Peace Love! VegetaBoo kids みんなで作った野菜が大豊作！！ この野菜もっともっと地元の人にどうしたら食べてもら えるかな？ 世界の子供たちで結成された VegetaBoo kids そのうちの一人がこんな話を始めました。みんなからは Vege 男って呼ばれてる 彼のアイデアとは、、、、 みんな地産地消って最近よくニュースで聴くだろう？ この七国山でとれた野菜でサラダ BAR…それも地 元の駅で…まさに究極の ECO だよ。駅に行ったら立ち食いそばかキオスク、最近は大きな駅にはたくさんい ろんなお店あるけど… このコンセプトはまさに地域の野菜、それも産地の特徴を生かしたサラダバー、地域以外で取れた野菜は使 っちゃいけないんだ！ そしたら郷土サラダバーがそれぞれの地域で出来て楽しいよ。 今はスタイリッシュに生活することがとても注目されているし、野菜不足な人が多い中食の安全も兼ねてま さにトレンディーなビジネスだね！ そのスタンドサラダバーはやっぱり制服も食器も可愛くしないとね。 それはもちろんだよ！BOO の企画だぜ！可愛くないわけないよ！！ そしたらこの企画を一緒に手伝ってくれる仲間をこれからみんなで探しにいこうよ！！ ネーミングどうする？VEGE 男… そうだなあ… SALAD で Eco だろう…Bar… SALA deco BAR でどうだい！？ なんかゴロもいいし… SALA deco BAR なあ…いいねえ！！ 一同納得！！ そしたらなんかキャッチコピーを考えよう！！ 朝だ！ SALADA だ！ SALA deco BAR ！！ Lunch に SALAD だ！ SALA deco BAR！！ Bonappetit de SALAD deco BAR！！ これで決まりだ みんなの Vege で地産地消 がんばろう！！ A.A.O！！ Peace loving ASAO widle Suzuki BooFooWoo CO.,LTD. Let’s join BOO! One day, I asked my mother about the vegetables that we were eating: How are they made? Where do they come from? Is the taste of these vegetables real? Is it the same taste as the vegetables you used to eat when you were a child? She replied that she couldn’t tell. This is why we decided to grow our own vegetables, inspired by our mothers. Before we start, we have to decide what kind of vegetables to grow and where to grow them. After we have done that, we have to weed and plough the field. Next we plant the seeds and then select which of the plants to grow. We also have to make sure that bugs didn’t attack the plants. We have to take care of the plants so they don’t get sick and can become delicious vegetables. Finally, with our mothers we will cook the tasty vegetables that we have grown and make our favourite dishes and we will all eat them together. We will also share some of the vegetables with our neighbours. This plan won’t be easy, but we can do it! That’s VEGITABOO KIDS! The Future of VegitaBoo: We will invite the grandmothers in the local community to come to the vegetable gardens, make their favourite recipes, and share their ideas about cooking with the younger generations. Through this cross-generational communication, we will learn not only about the traditional attitudes toward food, but also lots of little tips for everyday life. This will be open to anyone in the local community who is interested in learning about how to benefit from the wisdom of our elders. This could be especially useful for single women who need to learn some recipes for their future families! Once the food is prepared, we will enjoy eating the dishes and appreciate all the different tastes that the grandmothers have introduced to us. Eventually, we can expand to other communities, where we will learn and teach about local ingredients and recipes, and in this way the circle will continue to grow. Another benefit of this project is that it will make the local farming movement more active. If we grow our own vegetables, we will have a better appreciation of both the food on our plates and the work of the farmers. Moms and grandmas and us will all be smiling when we can eat tasty food which leads to a happier life. Let's do VegitaBoo! Vegeta Boo then after… It is now succession of good harvest, made by Vegeta Boo Kids! How can we let everyone eat these vegetables in every local area “Vegeta Boo kids” is the kids who came from all over the world. Someone who are called Mr. Vege just brought some idea like this… Have you heard about produce and consume in locally? Vegetables that made and picked at Shichikokuyama and make salad bar at local station… That sounds like ultimate ECO! We are more familiar with Kiosk, noodle stands or stores at big station though… This concept is to grow and pick vegetables by each local areas we live in and have salad bar which has outstanding characters with. Moreover, each local salad bar can’t have other vegetables wasn’t cropped where the same area of salad bar located at. That means we can have fun to tastes the local salads. That sounds like the trendy business, because our eating habits getting less than before. It will help for our daily life more stylish! We should make the uniform or all of the silverwares cute, right? Of course it will be cute! Because it’s idea from Boo Foo Woo! Ok, let’s go find someone who can help on this project together!! Well… what about the naming? …what should we call it?... Hmmm… Salad… Eco… and Bar… How about SALA deco BAR!?... The name has a pleasant ring to it, isn’t it? SALA deco BAR, huh?... yap, that sounds good! OK!, let’s make catch phrase then. “Good morning! SALAD! SALA deco BAR!” “Good afternoon! SALAD! SALA deco BAR!” “Bonappetit de SALAD deco BAR!” Yes!
