beautiful views, is situated in St. Jakob in
the Ahrntal Valley, just 3 kilometres from
the Klausberg ski area. We have always
paid particular attention to the quality of
our cooking and our varied menu. To relax
there is a sauna (pool in summer only),
sun terrace and conservatory. The hotel
offers an entertainment area with table

skiing. These are found at the Klausberg
and Speikboden ski areas. We offer full
board including lunch in the ski area,

für Jugendgruppen, da neben dem Speisesaal zwei große Aufenthaltsräume und
viel Außenfläche zu Verfügung stehen. Die
Zimmer und Bäder sind grundlegend renoviert und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet.
Uttenheim liegt im Tauferer-Ahrntal und
ist im Sommer Ausgangspunkt für unzählige Wanderungen und Bergtouren im
Naturpark Rieserferner-Ahrn und den nahe
gelegenen Dolomiten. Im Winter liegt es
ideal zwischen den beiden Skigebieten
Kronplatz und Speikboden.

particolarmente adatta per gruppi di giovani. A disposizione degli ospiti, fuori della sala pranzo, vi sono infatti due ampie
sale di soggiorno e tanto spazio all‘esterno. Le camere sono completamente rinnovate e dotate di ogni confort. Villa Ottone
si trova in Valle Aurina ed è punto di partenza per numerose escursioni estive nel
Parco Naturale Vedrette di Ries-Aurina e
nelle Dolomiti. In inverno è situato in una
posizione ideale tra le due aree sciistiche
Plan de Corones e Monte Spico.
Our family-run operation is very well suited for youth
groups, since in addition to the dining room, there
are two spacious lounges as well as a great deal
of outdoor space available. The guestrooms and
bathrooms have been completely renovated and
equipped with every comfort. Uttenheim-Villa Ottone in the Valli di Tures and Aurina-Tauferer Ahrntal is
the starting point in the summer for countless hikes
and mountain tours into the Vedrette di Ries-Aurina/
Rieserferner-Ahrn Nature Park and the nearby Dolomites. It is also ideally situated for wintertime
activities between the two ski areas of the Plan de
Corones-Kronplatz and Monte Spico-Speikboden.

What makes this house unique is the large
space you will profit from especially with
youth groups. You will find a soccer field,
a court for beach volleyball and lot of storage room. During the summer you will play
group games, leave for hiking tours right behind the house or camp on the playgrounds.
In winter you can use the bus transportation
to easily reach the skiing areas, museums
or all the activities in the region of Valle Aurina. Konrad and his family will be right by
your side and offer half board and full board
service. On request you can also use the
structures for self catering.

The Bruggerhof is a family business with
a long tradition. Our house is in the countryside and our guests have plenty of
space to relax and play. The heart of the
house, our Heidi, prepares delicious food
for you, giving the South Tyrolean kitchen a great importance. Many products,
used in the kitchen, come directly from
our farm fields. Moreover you can enjoy
South Tyrol on our „Speck- and Schnapsalm“ in the ski resort Klausberg.

Diese Broschüre wurde im Auftrag der genannten touristischen Leistungsträger, basierend auf den von Ihnen gelieferten Daten erstellt. Bei Vertragsabschluss gelten die Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen der jeweiligen Anbieter. Jeder in der Broschüre genannte
Leistungsträger ist dafür verantwortlich die beworbene Leistung im erwarteten Umfang
zu erbringen. Alle Buchungen/Reservierungen werden direkt an die Leistungsträger gerichtet. Der Vertragsabschluss wird erst verbindlich, wenn von beiden Seiten (Leistungsträger und Buchungskunde) eine schriftliche Reservierungsbestätigung (Fax, E-Mail oder
Post) vorliegt. Der Vermittlungsservice des Tourismusverband und der Tourismusvereine
hat rein beratenden und unterstützenden Charakter, er wird provisionsfrei geleistet. Vertragspartner im Sinne des Reiserechts sind ausschließlich der jeweilige Leistungsträger
und der Buchungskunde. Freizeitaktivitäten im Freien: Diese Aktivitäten können jederzeit abgesagt bzw. zeitlich verschoben werden, wenn es Wetterbedingungen oder andere Umstände
verlangen. Preise sowie das Angebot können jederzeit abgeändert werden. Über eine
mögliche Änderung wird der Buchungskunde im Falle einer Reservierung vom Leistungserbringer informiert.
Für jegliche Uneinigkeit, Haftungsfragen und Ähnliches muss direkt der Erbringer der touristischen Leistung angesprochen werden. Der Tourismusverband Kronplatz Genossenschaft ist kein Vertragspartner und kann somit für die korrekte Erbringung
der vertraglich vereinbarten Leistung nicht haftbar gemacht werden.

fornire i servizi offerti conformemente a quanto ci si aspetta.Tutte le prenotazioni sono
inoltrate direttamente al prestatore d’opera. La stipulazione del contratto è vincolante solamente quando entrambe le parti (prestatore d’opera e cliente) forniscono una
conferma scritta della prenotazione (fax, e-mail o lettera). Il servizio di mediazione del
Consorzio Turistico e delle Associazioni turistiche ha puramente carattere di consulenza
e supporto ed è esente da provvigione. I partner di contratto, ai sensi del diritto dei
viaggiatori, sono esclusivamente il prestatore d’opera e il cliente che ha compiuto la
prenotazione. Attività nel tempo libero all’aperto: queste attività possono essere annullate in ogni momento o spostate, se lo richiede la situazione meteo o altre circostanze.
I prezzi e anche l’offerta possono essere cambiati in ogni momento. In caso di cambiamento, il cliente che ha prenotato è informato dal prestatore d’opera.
Per ogni disaccordo, domande sulla responsabilità e simili deve essere contattato direttamente l’offerente del servizio turistico. Il Consorzio Turistico Plan de Corones – Società
Cooperativa non è partner del contratto e non può quindi essere ritenuto responsabile
della corretta fornitura dei servizi stabiliti contrattualmente.

This brochure was compiled on behalf of the listed service providers based on data provided by them. When signing an agreement, the general terms and conditions of the
individual service provider shall apply. All service providers listed in this brochure shall
be responsible for providing the service advertised to the expected degree. All bookings/reservations must be agreed directly with the service provider. Contracts shall only
become valid once both parties (service provider and client) have provided a written confirmation of reservation (by fax, e-mail or letter). All intermediary services offered and/or
provided by the Tourist Board and tourist offices are for support and advice purposes only
and are free of charge. In pursuance of the common travel law definition, only the service
provider and the client shall be parties to a contract.
Outdoor activities: Any outdoor activity may be cancelled or moved at any time if the
weather or other conditions do not allow for it to take place.
All prices and offers are subject to change. The service provider shall inform the client of
any such change in the case of a reservation.
All disagreements, liabilities etc. shall be discussed directly with the service
provider. Kronplatz Tourist Board (Tourismusverband Kronplatz Genossenschaft) is not a
party to any contract and can therefore not be held liable if any of the services agreed
upon in such a contract are not or only partially provided.
