•重要プロジェクトのグローバルでの実行（M&A、合弁、事業提携等）
•コーポレートガバナンス関連業務（株主総会、取締役会運営支援等）
•グローバルでのコンプライアンス推進業務
•国際契約の作成、審査、交渉、各種取引契約
•訴訟・法的紛争の解決
•平時の対応策の立案、実行
•法改正等の情報収集および対応策の立案、実行
