Il taglio avviene per avanzamento manuale a spinta del gruppo motore porta disco o tramite catena, risultando valida e sicura. Con semplici manovre si possono fare smussi, jolly a 45° e tagli orizzontali. L’abbassamento del disco avviene tramite un volantino su dì un riduttore. l piedi sono smontabili. Si possono montare anche mole sagomate (non per lavori di serie). Sulla stessa è indispensabile indicare anche il riferimento della fornitura (n. fattura, data, ecc.), secondo le vigenti disposizioni fiscali; c - non saranno sostituiti, né riparati gratuitamente, restando a disposizione del committente, i prodotti che risultassero guastati per imperizia o manomissione o per adattamento ad usi diversi da quelli ai quali sono destinati. 10) La garanzia esclude qualsiasi rivalsa per danno e spese di ogni genere. 11) Resi di merci per errori di ordinazione o per motivo non imputabile a noi, saranno accettati solo se preventivamente autorizzati e se saranno spediti in porto franco. La merce relativa, se sarà riscontrata in perfetto stato, sarà accreditata nel valore fatturato, meno il 10% quale concorso spese riguardanti le operazioni di controllo, reimmagazzinaggio, amministrative e trasporto di spedizione. 12) I.V.A., tasse ed ogni altro onere fiscale sono a carico del committente. 13) Per qualsiasi contestazione si riconosce esclusiva competenza al Tribunale di MILANO. 14) È importante controllare altre norme sulla copia dell’ordine. CONDITIONS GENERALES DE VENTE En passant une commande, s’entendent comme acceptées les conditions suivantes, sans aucune réserve de votre part: 1) La marchandise est livrée franco départ nos entrepôts. 2) Sur demande du commettant sera porté à debit en facture le coût total pour livraison: FRANCO DEPOT ITALIEN - à la place indiquée par le commettant, ou livreison F.O.B. - C&F - C.l.F. - ou toute autre condition de livraison demandée. 3) La marchandise voyage aux risques et périls du déstinataire, même si sous conditions FRANCO à DESTINATION. 4) Les plaintes pour défaut éventuels ou les constatations de manquant en marchandise, seront prises en considération dans les 8 jours dés la réception de la marchandise, sans préjudice de ce qu’on a décrit au point 3. 5) LES PAIMENTS SONT A EFFECTUER, FORMELLEMENT DANS LES DELAIS CONVENUS. 6) Les frais d’emballage spéciaux seront débités en facture au prix coûrant. 7) Les frais bancaires sont à la charge du commetant. 8) Pour quelconque contestations, le TRIBUNAL DE MILANO (ITALIE) est le seul compétent et la LOI à APPLIQUER sera la LOI ITALIENNE. 9) Il est important controler d’autres règles sur la copie de la commande. CONDICIONES GENERALES DE VENTA PEDIDOS: Al momento de pasar un pedido, se tiene que aceptar las condiciones siguentes: 1) La mercancia tiene que salir en franco nuestra fàbrica. 2) A pedido, se puede adeudar el transporte en factura: FRANCO PARTIDA ITALIA - en el sitio pedido del cliente F.O.B - C&F - CIF o cualquier otra manera pedida. 3) Nunca la mercancia es cobierta por peligros, tampoco con FRANCO A DESTINACION. 4) Las quejas por posible defectos o las faltas de mercancia tendrán que ser señalada dentre de los 8 dias desde la fecha del recibo de la mercancia. 5) LOS PAGOS TIENEN QUE RESPECTAR LOS PLAZOS FIJADOS. 6) Los gastos de embalaje especiales seran a cargo del destinatario. 7) Los gastos bancarios estañ a cargo del destinatario. 8) Por cualquier contestaciòn, e/ TRIBUNAL DE MILANO (ITALIA) es el ùnico que puede intervenir.
