Πολυεθνικό ερευνητικό έργο με σκοπό τη σύγκριση των εξελίξεων και των
απαιτήσεων σε δεξιότητες σε 20 επαγγέλματα σε 4 χώρες (Γαλλία, Ελλάδα,
Ισλανδία και Ιταλία). Το έργο χρηματοδοτήθηκε από το Ευρωπαϊκό πρόγραμμα Leonardo da Vinci το 1998 και ολοκληρώθηκε τον Οκτώβριο του
2000. Η μεθοδολογία βασίσθηκε σε μελέτη 100 επαγγελμάτων στην Ισλανδία το 1995 που σχεδιάσθηκε από την Gerdur G. Oskarsdottir. (01/10/1998
– 31/08/2000)

Επιστημονικός Συντονιστής από 01/07/2003 έως 31/08/2004. Αντικείμενο
του προγράμματος ήταν η συγκριτική έρευνα, μεταξύ των χωρών που συμμετέχουν, για τη χρήση εικονικού-ηλεκτρονικού περιβάλλοντος μάθησης
στην βασική κατάρτιση εκπαιδευτών επαγγελματικής και τεχνικής εκπαίδευσης.
Επιστημονικός υπεύθυνος του προγράμματος από 18/05/2004 έως
28/02/2005. Βασικοί στόχοι του προγράμματος ήταν:
