Αντικείμενο του προγράμματος ήταν η συγκριτική έρευνα, μεταξύ των χωρών που συμμετέχουν, για τη χρήση εικονικού-ηλεκτρονικού περιβάλλοντος μάθησης στην βασική κατάρτιση εκπαιδευτών επαγγελματικής και τεχνικής εκπαίδευσης.
