Roseburg, Ore. - The Bureau of Land Management, Medford District, Grants Pass Resource Area and Roseburg District, South River Resource Area are issuing a Temporary Emergency closure of public lands in Douglas County and Josephine County, Oregon. This closure affects public lands within the perimeter of the Douglas Complex fire, on lands administered by the BLM.

Applications are now being accepted from students between the ages of 13 to18 from both rural and urban areas.
